For a few moments, the thickly-build lioness was disoriented, allowing blood to drip from her forehead. Everything had happened so fast... She trailed her gaze towards Kwesi and began to lick his wounds, snapping out of it immediately. "You're not going to die, and we're not going to eat you." She said, her voice sharp. "Anyway, I must get back to Blaze and help his wounds, but I'll try to come back and check on you all tomorrow. I'll bring a share of whatever prey we catch later," she murmured to the two, then turning after she had licked some blood off of her muzzle. She padded back off towards Blaze.

Blaze: He laid down and licked at the blood that dripped from his wounds, wincing at the sharp pain in his shoulder.

"Thank you" Kwesi said quietly. "I'm grateful for your help, both of you."

Haiti looked at everyone.

Ryabii had stopped his bleeding; she would have to wait to clean them with grassseed water, her cubs would starve if she hadnt stopped to let them feed off the little milk she had. "hang in there, dear Kwesi"

Abayomi looked back towards Kwesi and sighed; it seemed like she was in the same situation again. She quietly made some of the grass-seed mixture and stalked back over to the lion, licking it onto his bloody and open wounds. When she was done, she quickly turned, barely uttering a word before she came over to Blaze again, some of the mixture still on her tongue. She began to lick it onto her Leader's wounds, eyes closed, her tongue as tender as possible.

Kwesi winced as Abayomi put some mixture on him, then looked at Ryabii and smiled. "I will, Ryabii. I'll hold on. I can wait."

she looked at him with a pained gratitude "thank you for fending off Blaze, me and my cubs owe our lives to you..."

"Well, I tried my best" Kwesi responded. "I don't want them to grow up like I did. And you're welcome."

she smiled gratefully, as her pale lioness and vibrantly gold lion drank at her side. she began to think of names for them, but decided not to name them; it was likely they wouldnt make it out of infancy, they were rather weak.
