Jade whined. Red cuts run up and down her body. It had stopped attacking to focus on a doe. Whinning softly she watched the cougar. Unable to move. Lifting her ears she whinned one last time before falling unconcious.

Ally flicked her ears forward. She heard something else, but sh didn't look away from the cougar. She took a step forward, growling. Then she recognized the sound. There was something hidden behind the cougar but she didn't know what.

After patrolling, Balios was exhausted. He had gone around to the hunting grounds as a short-cut, but he didn't realize what was happening until he heard a whine. Slowly, he made his way through the bushes to see the figure of a cougar on a tree, growling at something, someone. But his eyes drifted downward to see the unconscious fae. The cougar had it's back to him, so he took the opportunity to walk to the she-wolf.

Jaade lay there with her eyes closed. Her body slashed and shreaded. Her breathing had become shallow. Her body lay motionless on the ground. Blood stained her white coat.

Balios slowly walked over to her, and nudged her. Then, he started adjusting her to carry her to a safe place before the cougar could notice.

Feeling the nudge she flicked her eyes open. The bluur vision fading to black. All she could do was whine before going into black.

Slowly, he placed her in his back and started retreating back before the cougar could notice. The fae didn't weight much, so he was able to move fast and disappear into the original path he was following back to camp.

I tried to get the cougars attention but it only focussed on Ally so the only stupid thing I did was attack it. I lunged at it back leg

The cougar growled snarled and turned it's head to bite the wolf's neck. Ally pounced on it too and bit it's back before it tried to slash at her.

I snarled at the cougar as it bit my neck. I ignored the pain and helped Ally. I calwed the cougar on the side and finally noticed some blood dripping down,Realizing it was mine.
