Jade gave him a weak smile. 'Yes, but I don't think I caught your name,' she said. She was very tired now. Her adrenaline was burning off as well, and she could feel the pain of her injuries settling in. She could tell she wa sbleeding heavily. Amelia glanced at her mother, worried.

"Lay down," Spirit commanded the mare, his voice gentle. "I know I'm not your stallion, but you're not dying on my watch...name's Spirit," he added, his eyes filled with concern.

Jade nodded numbly, and laid down with a thump. Amelia laid down next her her. She refused to leave her mother again.

Jinx suddenly came "soo track...this foal yours?naaah it's rymths i saw them,smelt them.She's a filthy horse." She snorted in disgust "she aint worth nuttin'! " she trotted away flicking her tail

Track gritted his teeth. "Go away jinx.shut up!" But jinx ignored him though he felt the same way. Anger,betrayal,and disgust.he didnt show it.he just continued trying to soothe her

Spirit looked worried. "What;s your stallion's name, and what does he look like?" he asked urgently. He would go find him. "Um, not that I know."

Popham glared angrily at Jinx, baring her teeth. "Go die in a hole," she hissed, forcing herself to her feet. With a last glance at Track, she ran off, knowing it was dangerous for the foal and herself, but she couldn't stand to be there anymore.

Track let her go a bit befor he followed. "I wont let you do this.You are my one love and i want this foal.i want to care for it ok." He said calmly.

Shane heard the whinning of shadow.he whinnied back figuring he needed some comfort.his breathing grew hardee.

Popham glanced at Track, in no shape to argue. With a cry of anguish, she fell to her knees, tears falling from her eyes.
