Sierra lifted her head at that,"Are you talking about the one that Thorn scented about ten days ago? It was worrying but I am glad it hasn't been around here." The big cats were a threat and hard to fend off.

Akira's eyes widened slightly in fear at the mention of the mountain lion. She may be a guard, but any coyote in their right mind should be wary of such large cats. She commented, "I'm glad that this heat has done some good, then. We would do our best to ward of such a threat if it came to it, but I'm thankful that the heat took care of it for us."

Bear was on the fringes of the territory, nose keen on scouting out either enemies or prey. He could find neither, but that did not deter him.

"I watch because it's my job," she let a low growl linger at the depts of her throat, "As for your job, I'd suggest you do what you were assigned.
