The lilac Merle and white one blinked blue and brown eyes. He smiled a canine smile, and nodded to the other male. Thomas may consider him pretty, but he thought Thomas was handsome. He took a depep breath, deciding now was the time. He needed to try and tell the other male. They hadn't really been able to talk about it the last time. Shaking his head, he realized he couldn't ask, as Thomas had sort of avoided it...Instead, he said "I...really... really like you," then looked away quick. He then quickly said "I hope not too," and nodded. Now he was the one avoiding it or acting like he hadn't just said that.

The red and white she dog smiled as her mate touched her belly. The pups seemed excited or happy, despite not knowing what was out there. They moved more as if they knew he was there. She then nodded to Eira, saying "Yeah, you can always ask Kristine."

Your a soldier, so you protect us, so maybe not...Well, you can watch out and make sure we're safe," she said.

He thought about his other question "well we could look forward to the path we're going to take, not too far of course, but enough to see if the path is safe for the pack to walk or not" he said to him.

She turned to take a leave to the path she could thing to have some prey to be found, walking past the Miroku "just stay on your guard duties, if you don't know how to hunt...we already have three trainees to take care of off, we don't need to look after an adult too" she said to him. She didn't mean to be rude, but maybe her words were being heard a little bit rude "let's go, and keep your senses alert" she said her eyes looking to the three trainees, Jessie could know that without saying.

She flicked her ears and sat down immediately when the Chief told them to take a break. She looked over to her two pups, feeling proud that either of them walked nicely all the way here, without much whining. Now the two could take some rest, maybe some quick naps and hopefully some food.

She bounced around happily, greeting the other dogs warmly. She wasnβt looking where she was going and her foot hit a rock stuck in the ground. She fell forward and rolled onto her back with a loud thud, slightly stunned. After she took a second to comprehend what had happened she jumped up and gazed around wildly. βI donβt think anyone saw,β she told herself. It looked as if no other dogs had noticed at all. She breathed a sigh of relief and sat down, too embarrassed to continue socializing.

The lilac Merle and white one blinked blue and brown eyes. He giggled a bit at the goofy smile, then watched it slip. He shook his head a couple times, and let out a small sigh. He glanced to the other dogs a moment, then quickly back to Thomas again. He lowered his gaze a moment, however. He then shook his head again, raising his head back up. He could feel his skin heating up as the other said he liked him back. "You're...not stupid, and if we like each other, does that mean...we'd be mates?" he asked.

The brown eyed red mix rolled her eyes a bit, as Lillian seemed to speak harshly. She growled a bit, too quiet to actually be heard. She turned to Miroku, nosing at him a bit. "Of course you can look after yourself," she said to him. "If you want to learn to hunt...ill teach you to hunt well. I'll teach you so well Lillian, or anyone else, won't be able to speak to you like that again. Um...did you want to learn?" She wasn't sure if he did, since he wasn't a hunter in the first place, but he'd said he wanted to be more use to the pack.

The pointed and floppy eared male, with white on the toes, trotted over. "G...Good morning Sybil," he said. He let out a small sigh.
He then glanced to Catherine, as the trainee was there as well. He dipped his head to her, saying "Hello."
