Celine Devereux.
"Real knowledge is to know the extent of one's ignorance."
"Great. Let's go." Celine smiled, pulling herself up onto Galileo's back as she spoke. The western saddle was definitely more comfortable, but it was also a little odd as she was so used to riding English style. Galileo seemed a little at odds with the different saddle too, but he soon adjusted. At his rider's command, he broke into his usual relaxed walk.
Lucas Devereux.
"In riding a horse we borrow freedom."
Lucas straightened up but stayed where he was; sitting on the counter. Was he really that easy to read? "Are you sure?" He asked, but then realised how clingy he sounded and shook his head, embarassed with himself. "Désolé. Sure, I'll show you to your room." The young man smiled, jumping down from the counter and setting off at a walk through a nearby door. There was a long hallway there, and on each side of it there were multiple doors. Lucas didn't stop until he was at the very last one on the right side. "Here we are."
Ebony Dreams.
"A horse is an angel without wings."
The mare nuzzled his neck as she raised her head, eager to comfort him. "Well... You could stay here..." She muttered, a little nervous as she was unsure whether he would like the idea or not. Probably not, she guessed, based on his earlier behaviour around humans. "I'm sure Lucas would look after you..."
