(Well obviously you haven't met us people from Michigan. It's not just the city of Detroit. It's the whole state of Michigan plus look at all those fans on the road that wear the red and white sweaters. I swear most the time I see more red and white than the other teams colors. And do your fans sneak in octopus? I've seen fans hide them in some of the strangest places to get them in because we are the greatest fans in the NHL. Plus we have fans who actually make them theme songs. We Detroit fans deserve to be top of something for sports for once so hockey is what we take our pride in. We are known for our hockey. I mean look what we're doing next year for the Winter Classic. We're doing two weeks of hockey events leading up to it because we have so much love for the game. Philly and Boston fans may be tough, but trash talking doesn't gain anyone elses respect. At least us Wings fans aren't mean. We just overwhelm everyone in our large numbers. We're just as good, if not better than Boston fans. So don't underestimate us Detroit fans. You may say you're speaking the truth, but honestly you can't say that if you don't know everything about our fans. Now I won't say I'm speaking the truth, but I'm not lying about our great fans. Now you can get mad at this all you want, but I'm not going to let someone say us Wings fans aren't as good as any other fans in this league because we are and we take pride in that)

And the octopus, that reminds me of a video I saw of a SJS game xD A person tied a dead, small shark to their leg and threw it on the ice xD But it was just really funny just cause they were playing the Wings, and the shark had a dead octopus in it's mouth cause it was seriously eating one when it was caught. (Wait, so you're saying Boston fans are totally under and trash talkers? Uh, well, lets take Vancouver for instance. Not real fans or just extremely stupid fans caused the riot. All teams have fans like that, (minus the riot). It's just because we are so hardcore. But the last thing we could be are Philly fans, for two reasons: 1. We don't think we are better than everyone else, 2. We don't beat people up. Boston is the SPORT'S (Not just hockey) capital of the Nation, duh we have fans who are into it. Except Basketball. Bostonions no likey B-ball)

You can't say that you didn't just say in one of your recent post. And Boston may be the capital for sports, but Detroit is the capital for hockey and that can't be taken away)

(It was a joke -.- Anyways, Hockey is asport, so we practicaly own it just as much as you. And I think Detroit fans are the only people that would call it that, just as any other fans would call their own city Hockeytown, (Philly, Minnesota, etc.). Except California hockey. Jeez, they could care less. Anyways, I was compeltly joking about all of this. I love to embrace my fandom against others fandom xD)
