"Lex... Im f*cking d*mn serious." He growled back. His eyes were menicing, but they slowly softened. He headed to the door, going out the door, slamming it shut.

Lexi clenched her teeth and her fists. She grabbed a piece of paper and began writing. 'Hey guys. Please enjoy breakfast. I made it all myself. I wasn't feeling well and I was kind of hurt so I went home. ~Lexi❤' She folded it and set it on the table, pulling her sweater on and walking out the door, past Xandet, and toward her house.

Xander looked at Lex, "Wait... Lex!" he cried out. His eyes puffy and red, tears filled he eyes.

Lexi stopped, pulling her hood up and shoving her hands in her pockets. She turned around and walked over to him. "What? Wanna yell at me? You want to make the poor, abused girl cry?" she asked, pain filling every word.

"No...never! I need you to know before you leave me...That you, Lexi, are the most amazing and beautiful miracle that's ever been in my tragedy and mistake filled life." he cried up at her. "I'm not being flattery. It's the d*mned 100% truth."

Lexi shut her eyes and forced herself not to cry. She gave a small movement with her hand, motioning him to stand up. She wiped her eyes before opening them and the tears were gone. "Sorry... I just... Last night was uhm... I hurt like a lot now and I get really grumpy... Also I made the whole breakfast by myself and burned my hand a few times.." she explained, not meeting his eyes.
