She watched the girl go. She did not have a phone. She stuffed the paper in her pocket and climbed into the cellar. She dropped to the floor and looked around. She saw her candles and a couple of towels on the floor. She laid the new one on top of the pile. She dug inot a pile of clothes to find her mothers picture. She squeezed it then returned it to its spot. She looked over to her bed and closet. She sat neatly on her bed until she heard a mans heavy steps around the entrance. She quickly darted out the back entrance and ran down the street. Her dad must have woken and came to find her. She ran around into a alley. She saw a quarter laying in a ditch. She picked it up and stuffed it in her pocket. She then began to run again. She ran until she reached a public feild, where she climbed up a tree. She then watched the cars pass along the road. She was yet again alone. She kinda liked it.

"hi hun" Jessie opened the car door from inside for Demetri. "I can't wait until i get the tickets! when are you able to come with us?"
She asked watching him lock his door.

He walked up to the car and slid in, "um... I have really no life so whenever." he smiled and joked

Jessie smiled and stuck her tongue out at him jokingly. "I love you" She winked at him and started to drive to the photography station. She was still thinking about the girl. "Why would someone treat their child like that" She thought out loud. She quickly bit her bottom lip realizing she said it out loud and she was hoping Demetri didn't hear her.

Jessie turned on the radio. 'Thank goodness, he didn't hear me' She thought, sighing aa sigh of relief. "So how was your day so far?" She asked, to break the silence.
