"Actually," I said, poking my head up from my laying position, "I've only ever been swimming in the pool at my school. My mom used to swim at the one in the Y, but I didn't really have any need to." I shrugged and gave a slight smile before floating on my back again.

"Oh." I say to him. "I wonder whats on the bottom of the river..."
(( they put the horses away and are swimming))

"Probably, y'know, sand, rocks, etc.," I said, standing up.

"Or muck that you are now stuck in." I say giggiling.

.Logan.

"Seriously?!" I exclaimed, moving one if my legs. Aw crap, she was right. My feet were stuck in the muck that lay on the bottom of the river.

"Need help?" i say to him as i jump in. I swim to the bottom and unbury each of his legs. I come back up and take a deep breath.

"Thanks," I told her gratefully before swimming to the riverbank. I pulled myself up onto the grass and just lay there, dangling the lower half of my legs in the water.

I swim out and sit next to him.

"So," I said awkwardly, looking up at her with my green/blue-ish eyes.
