"Yeah, expet a country prom! I'm guessing you have no idea what that is. Umm, the city boys dress as if they are country boys. A western shirt boots jeans hat, etc. And the girls dress up just like I do." I say referring to the western shirt jeans hat and boots, my normal clothes.

"I will warn you now, I have only ridden the ponies at the fair when I was 6." I say with a chuckle and smile.

She lead him to the big barn, and only let go of his hand when the stepped inside. "Oh that's fine! It's like riding bike. You do it once, you can do it again I'm sure!" she laughed, smiling at him. "Actually, you want to know a secret?" she asked, turning to face him now.

"Sure." I say with a smile. I look into her eyes, then look away. She really was beautiful and had a great personality.

I let that sink in. Honestly, I REALLY didn't wanna dress up like country dude, but if that was what Nikki wanted...I ran a hand through my hair. "Okay..."

"I haven't ridden a horse since I was 12." She whispered to him. Her smile had faded away, and she stepped a little closer to him, looking down then back up at him. "I don't tell anyone because out here, if you don't ride horses well you just don't belong. Ya know?"

"Okay, we can run the idea through mars later. So what do you want to do?" I ask with a smile.

Jason
"Okay. " I said, eager to learn.

I shrugged and smiled lightly. "I dunno, what is there to do?"

" I could teach you about how to make a car start?" I said bluntly because I can be a mecanic at times. "My truck isnt starting lately."

I shrugged. "Sure, why not? I'll need it in New York eventually."

Charlotte shrugged. "Thats about it... I messed up my knew in a rodeo, and now I'm just not allowed to ride..." She said in a sullen tone. Then suddenly her mood flipped. "Wanna see the scar from surgery?" She asked, kicking her legs up. She balanced on one leg and held her knee to her chest, pointing to long scar that curved around the side of her knee. "I think it gives character..." she laughed
