Jasmine moaned "Brody" she murmered and managed to roll on her back and look at him. She sighed and clutched her bed sheets she was still in pain when she moved but other then that she was mostly tired "Mallory and Jason nice to see you" she tried to sound like she was alright but it wasn't working "I'm guessing were going to need the nursery sooner then we thought" she gave them a slight smile then looke back at Brody "I'm okay or will be please love Danny be worried about me"

Lizzie hadn't really noticed Giovanni until he started shouting. She had been so wrapped up in what she was doing and blushed when she actually registered it was him. "I, uh ... No. Giovanni no-" But she was cut off by Duke doin the explaining for her. And she realized that by what he was saying and what she had said-it made it all seen true. She didn't want to leave or anything but she also didn't hate Giovanni. Lizzie was about to explain when the boys started punching and kicking at each other. She jumped out of the bed and rushed over, "Stop it!" She shouted but didn't know what to do so she grabbed for Duke's hand when he pulled back to punch Giovanni, but it didn't work. Instead his elbow slammed right into her face and she pulled away and ran into the corner. She thought that Giovanni had punched her. "You idiot! Giovanni just go away you ruin everything!!!!!!" She shouted, trying to be louder than Duke and Giovanni were screaming but she didn't know if it was working.

By now people were crowding around in Duke's room watching them fight and cheering them on. After all, everyone was pretty much drunk and would love to see anything for entertainment and when Lizzie got hit in the face, it only made their excitement go up higher. Giovanni didn't quite register Lizzie's words as he was too occupied with trying to get Duke's hands from around his neck but once he saw him hit her he grabbed the nearest trophy he could find and he clocked it right on the side of Duke's head, knocking him out cold; earning a groan from the on looking crowd. He scrambled over to Lizzie reaching his hands out to her, not sure if it was okay to touch her. "Lizzie...let me see." He stated, his breathing ragged as blood dripped from the few cuts on his face.

"Hey Jas," Mallory said softly and waved a little. She didn't like to see Jasmine in pain either but at least she was going to be okay. Jason stood next to her holding a few balloons that said 'congratulations!' or 'it's a girl!'. It made the mood somewhat lighter. "It's nice to see you too...though I wish you weren't in pain. Don't worry I'll be over to help you guys fix up the nursery." Jason replied keeping his hand around Mallory. Brody gave a smile to Jason then turned back to Jasmine. "Doctor said the baby is having trouble breathing so they put her in the incubator. I don't know how long she's going to be in there," He said smoothing down her hair. "Have you thought of a name for her?"

Lizzie took a few deep breaths before she peeked at the fighting just in time to see Giovanni nail Duke with one of his trophies. She shook her head, scared and afraid as she was when she was hit before and abused. "N-no," she whispered and turned away from him. "You just wanna h-hurt me!" She exclaimed with her voice getting louder. She started to shake with fear then felt his hand close to her and jerked away, hitting her head on the wall. Pulling her hands away to hold her head she looked at him, fear in her eyes. "Don't hit me Giovanni I didn't do anything," she whined and scooted down the wall, obviously trying to get away from him but she was trapped in the corner.

Jasmine smile softly I was thinking "Emily or some random name but I didn't get much thought on it ill give you the honor" she smiled softly and worked to sit up so she could see everyone she soon kissed Brody's cheek out of fear for her daughter "I'm sure shell be fine she is our daughter" with that she turned to Mallory "sorry I pulled you out of your busy day I didn't mean to"

Giovanni shook his head and stepped back a little, holding his hands up in defense. "No I'm not going to hurt you Lizzie I promise." He said wiping the sweat and blood off his face. He could tell she was scared even before she started shaking and seeing that fight and knowing what she's been through, probably made her fear for the worse. "I'm not Tyson I'm not here to hurt you just...c'mon I gotta get you out of here. He heard Duke groan and Giovanni wanted nothing more to keep pounding the guy's face in because he was still very much pissed but he needed to take care of Lizzie.

"Hey, hey take it easy." Brody said when she went to sit up. "You gotta relax okay, it'll take a while for those stitches to heal." He said setting his hand gently on her stomach. His eyes were still sort of red around the brim but knowing that Jasmine was okay helped Brody calm down a little. "Oh please," Mallory said taking Jason's hand and they went to go sit next to her on the other side of the bed. "I'll drop everything in a heartbeat to make sure you're okay, you're not a burden on me Jas."

Lizzie's lips were still trembling and the fear was still in her eyes about it all, but he said that she should go with him and while she was afraid, she trusted Giovanni. She had promised him that she'd trust him and so she would. She took his hand and stood up and walked with him but her legs buckled under herself and she shook her head. "You're not Tyson," she repeated after him then stood up and continued walking, though her weight was mostly on him as her legs were shaking. She noticed they did that when she was scared of being abused. "Can we go home?" She aske when they left duke's room.

Jasmine "I feel like I am to all of you gosh knows how much trouble I've caused oh and Brody now may not be the best time but you might want to call your mom and let her know what happened." She smiled and looked at all three "i really don't want to be a burden if you have something to do please go ill be fine I have the nurses and Brody until he has to go back to work I really do t want to cause anyone to miss there classes or jobs or free time on account of me" her mom had always told her even when she was in great pain she always worried about others. She smiled softly and put her hand over Brody's.

He helped her stand up slowly and he put it his arm around her waist to support her if she needed to be. He shuffled through the crowd of people who just gone back to dancing and drinking. He shook his head at her statement and they exited the house and he helped her in his car then once he was in, he began to drive. It felt like he had a headache and his jaw and side ached with pain, Duke wasn't the first big guy he's fought and he probably wouldn't be the last but it did take a lot out of him. His eyes shifted over to her for a moment then he said, "You want me to take you home or do you want to stay at my place for the night?"

"Jasmine, we're not going anywhere." Jason spoke up and Brody got out of the chair and stepped out the room, his phone already to his ear. He'd been so caught up in everything that he forgot to tell his mother the most important news. "Right, so we're going to stay here for as long as you want us to because we're your friends and we love and care about you. Now," Mallory said rising to her feet. "I'm gonna go downstairs and see what they have to eat." She kissed Jason before leaving out the room and Jason took her spot in the chair. He still looked the same even though it's been a while since they've seen each other. Still the same dark hair and blue eyes and that crooked smile that Mallory loved. "It's gonna be so weird seeing Brody be a father." He said smiling a little.

Jasmine "I bet it will be and you to be the god father or even uncle of our child you and Mallory that is. The best thing though we have built in baby sitters." She gave him a teasing smile but sighed softly "now the real miracle will be if our baby comes out healthy and I can find a way to finishing my schooling and get my diploma." She looked down a hand still on her stomach she watched Jason for a moment then was soon was crying softly she had never had friends like these.
