Skye kissed her forehead. "I'am sorry about those boys..."

"Skye?" Katrina looked up at him, "Why don't you have any friends, like, why don't make any? All you do all day is hang out with me...Don't you get bored?" She said, still spinning in her chair lightly.

Skye looked at her, his face from a pepp-ish mood to a dark mood. "Katrina, you don't understand...I would never get bored with you..."

Katrina shook her head, "No. You get bored with me all the time. I know it. Even my dad does." She mumbled, sighing.

Skye looked at her sadly. "I'am sorry...I don't...Fine...I'll just leave...Cause you really don't want me around. Do you?" He asked sadly.

Katrina looked up at him again, her face blank and un-expressible. "Only if you want to, I mean, I don't..It was just a question." She said, as she stopped spinning in her chair.

Skye sighed. "I don't want to leave...but you sound as if you don't want me here...I just...Don't get along with boys well." Skye said trying to explain why he did not have friends. "And every girl I meet don't like me cause...I'am already with you."

"I know," Katrina said, turning and tapping a pen on the desk a couple of times. "It's just.." She started. "It's just, what about before you met me?" She asked, grabbing a pencil and drawing on the desk, then erasing it slowly. "What about all the friends before that?"

Skye shook his head. "Jason." He said. "Was my friend. He died."
