Ashton looked down at her and hugged her back "Its fine really, Its my job to help." he smiled.

[lilt]

:Juliet:

In a way, his words helped. In another, they just hurt more. Why did he have to be so nice? Now I'd have to leave both him and Emma. This was too much for one girl- especially a peasant. But he was right- what if Daniel was nice? I didn't know. But I did know that Ashton was.

Ashton thought for a moment then looked at what she was wearing "Well since your getting married, for your engagement gift from me, you can pick yourself out a new dress since I know its nice to have some, because I have sisters of course."

[lilt]

:Juliet:

"Really?" I asked, a smile breaking out onto my features.

"Of course" Ashton chuckle with a smile as he stretched out and looked around.

[lilt]

:Juliet:

It was then that I realized I was still hugging him, so I stepped back and blushed. "Sorry," I murmured as an apology.

Ashton nodded "Its fine, c'mon then" he chuckled and started to walk.

[lilt]

:Juliet:

I followed him, walking quickly to keep up with his long strides. My hair fell in my face once again as I did so.

Ashton slowed down till he was walking beside her, he watched her hair fall over her face then looked forwards again.

[lilt]

:Juliet:

Not bothering to tuck my hair back, I let it hang, continuing to the castle. As we walked, I thought to myself. I think I was beginning to like Ashton. As in have a, ah, 'crush' on him.
