~James Dean~"Stand up for something, or fall down for nothing."
James ran his fingers through the shaggy mess of brown hair on his head, he hadn't showered this morning, he couldn't imagine what the principal or other people would think when they saw them. He figured people's first impression of him was a bit hasty because no one seemed to talk to him yesterday when everyone had been introduced. It felt rather strange and new to him to be the one ignored. He supposed it was for a good reason, they must have heard a rumor that wasn't true...he thought to himself in a rational manner. Eating a quick breakfast burrito and slipping on some jeans, white tee, and black jacket, he was off...Then he noticed he forgot his shoes and walked back to get on some sneakers, then he rushed to first period class, passing a girl that looked familiar in the hall, he waved to her, but she didn't wave back, so he just shrugged off the misunderstandi--ng and took a seat in his English Class, trying not to notice the teacher's dissaproving stare at him.~Elizabeth Madrid~
"What you do for yourself in this world dies with you, what you do for others stays immortal."
Elizabeth skipped to class, holding her books in hand, she was so over-thrilled for class, yesterday had been great, getting to meet everybody, she had a really good friend named Aurora, she was nice and a better friend then she had back at home, which were all snooty girls her father picked out for her."Why thank ya'." she pronounced with her cherry red lips to a boy who had opened the classroom door for her, she didn't seem to notice him looking at her butt.
"Morning, sir." She placed an apple on the teacher's desk with a sugary sweet voice, yes, she was kissing up to this guy, but it always worked, didn't it? Taking a seat in the middle of class, she crossed her legs and let her thoughts frequently drift to more important things, like the next school dance...
