Mostly a soft-spoken man, searching for love, you will find with only a few words, he is able to settle arguments, only if someone sults something dear to him, will he make an act of violence, the one thing he despises most. He forgives too easily, which is a fault in character he wishes to change, a long time ago he used to be a drug/alcohol addict, so he is able to relate to the students and make conversation. He is able to be around because silence is never awkward with him, he finds talking a tired thing, seeing he has been a hard-working honest man all his life, he finds other ways to communicate. Over all of his many traits, he is a hopeless romantic, one who quotes Shakesphere and picks roses for his lover.

Addison Shriver, Ms. Shriver to her students and Addi to her friends, is generally fun in a slightly nerdy kind of way. The young woman loves literature and is very opinionated about the subjects she will and will not teach her students. Slightly crazy in a way that only literature teachers can be, Addi loves her students, her job, and usually life in general. She can picture herself doing nothing else, besides perhaps working with animals, but knows that teaching is her true passion. Still, that does not stop her from trying to combine the two subjects, and is occasionally mistaken as the biology teacher. However interesting either her personal life or teaching life is, she usually tries to keep the two separate and although she is friends with the other teachers, she rarely attends get-togethers outside of school. She and her current partner are considering having a baby but Addi does not want to deal with pregnancy yet while she is still fairly new at the school.

Mr. Marino, or Jason, is a total goofball. He loves to get his students interested in the subjects he is teaching and will occasionally go at great lengths to do so. A good bit of his personality is also shaped to deal with all the girls on his basketball team and even though they usually drive him insane, he loves coaching them and nothing makes him prouder than seeing his girls play good.

Jason is an extremely kind man and although he can keep his class in line quite well, he usually tries to do so by earning their respect instead of yelling and handing out detentions. Although he is kind and can be approached for anything, Jason is a total hard ass when it comes to working hard. He is not afraid to give his girls suicides if he thinks it will improve their run and also isn’t afraid to give his students weekend homework. However, if they earn it, he will make sure they reap the benefits.
