~ Derek ~

Derek sat up agianst the wall he had colided with. He reached out for the napkins, " Thanks " he blushed. He pressed the napkins agianst his wound, while logan looked back and forth between his master and the stranger. Derek looked up at her, " Don't fret i am a clutz i do this kind of thing all the time. My names Derek, incase you wanted to know, ah you probly dont care. Most people avoid me so I'm suprised you even helped me, well thanks any way " he smiled.

Erin looked at the guy; " look this si my spot i have been sleeping right here. If you have a problem i sujust you go somewhere else, if you will shut your mouth and go to bed you're welocme to stay. You and your dog." She laied down and closed her eyes. She smiled she hoped he stayed but she had made her point there was nothing more to be said.

- Hayden walked over, cautiously to a dining room table. Her eyes wandered aorund the room, curious of the scenery. She had never once been in a cafe of this sort before, even though her family used to travel alot. Using her hand, she wiped off a corner of the table, to free it of dust. Because of it, her hand turned black. She sneezed, and wiped it off on her pants.

Spencer bit his lip, clueless of what to do. Everyone seemd busy examining the place, even Oddball was rummaging through the cabinets. he giggled as she took chase of a small mouse. Champ on the other hand, was sniffing the perimeter of the place, checking to see if danger was about, or if scents were old or new. He was so loyal, to Hayden at least.

Spencer wandered over to Hayden, who was now staring at a painting on the wall. She had seen it before, somewhere they had gone on vacation to. As she searched for a signature of some sort, Spencer tugged at her pant leg. " Sissy." he said.

" Yeah Spenc?" Hayden replied, not bothing to look at him. She ran her fingers across the wooden frame. Where had she seen this? It was gonna kill her.

" Im hungry." He complained, his lower lip sticking out.

" Ugh, Spencer! Cant you wait a little longer? We'll get food soon, just not yet. You can wait." She said, and soon her own stomach growled. She brushed a strand of blonde curls from her face, revealing her sapphire blue eyes. They scanned the painting, the soldiers in the painting looked almost lifelike....

" But im hungry NOW." Spencer argued, stamping his foot. Hayden groaned, benting down.

" You can wait." She demanded, eyes narrowing and glaring right into his.

He bit his lip, and scrambled off to find Oddball. He walked out of the cafe, and to the stair case. As he saw a dark figure walking up the stairs, he shrieked. " Hayden!"

- Beevis lifted his head, and snarled as he saw a girl. He jumped to his massive paws, peeling back his lips to reveal his large canines. His ears pulled back against his broad head, tail straight up.

Kody's eyes snapped open, and he sat up. he looked at what his brindle english mastiff was growling about. '' What do you want." he demanded, chocolate brown eyes narrowed at her. His hat hair was messy from his quick sleep, and he was kind of irritated that he hadnt been able to sleep longer. He needed sleep now, more than ever.

--Alexandria--

Alexandria smiled a bit when the guy opened his eyes. At least he wasn't unconscious or anything. She looked at his forehead, frowning a bit when she saw that he was bleeding a bit. She bit her lip, feeling a bit guilty now that she caused this guy to bleed a bit.

"Uhm, let me help you up." She said, holding out her hand to him. She wasn't the best when it came to medical emergencies, but after digging around the pocket of her jacket she found some clean napkins. "Here, use this for your head." She said, handing the guy the napkins with her other hand.


--Mikey--

Mikey liked this hotel, and as he climbed up the stairs he didn't know why it had to be torn down. The decorations were cool; old timey and stuff. He also liked how... at home he felt. Back home his parents collected old things, and had books or paintings from "back in the day".

As he climbed the stairs he heard a new set of voices, and a curious look came across his face. There was a younger boy's voice, but it wasn't Cameron's who lived on floor four. Then there was an older girl's voice. It wasn't Macie who lived on the first floor.

He heard the little boy call out, and he stopped in his tracks. This duo had to be new then, since everyone knew everyone else in this hotel. It was like your old, small town.

- Spencer squealed and raced back into the cafe. " Hayden! Hayden!" he shouted, wrapping his small arms around her leg. Hayden stiffed, growing annoyed.

" Spencer, what now?" she asked, picking him up into her arms. She rested him on her hip, and he wrapped his arms around her neck. he buried his nose in the nook of her neck, her curtain of blonde hair covering his head. Hayden groaned, and she turned around to face where her little brother had run from.

Champ barked loudly, and Hayden could feel Oddball rubbing against her leg. The kitten scrambled up her legs, and squeezed himself between the four year old and Hayden's chest. Champ raced out of the cafe, standing at the top of the stairs. He barked rapidly, and Hayden followed, curious. As she looked down the stairs and saw the guy, and stiffed. " Oh!" she exclaimed.

Beevis charged forward, latching his teeth onto her shoe, lashing his head around. He growled menacingly, eyes coal black with anger. He would do anything to protect Kody, and besides, with his large size he could easily kill the girl.
