Mason nodded. "Okay, I think I'll stay a bit longer!" He yelled to her. As he turned back to the water, he saw a powder blue pick up truck swerve into the parking lot. Opening the driver door, a drunk man staggered out, his music blaring. Soon about 4 people poured out of the truck, waking there beer bottles all over the place. "Get out of here guys." Mason called.

Piper nodded, not saying anything. She didn't want to go home, she wanted to stay here with Ryan. She trusted him to protect her against anybody who might try to harm her. But she knew he was right. The beach wasn't the safest place after 6:00. Sighing silently, she agreed with him.
