Personality: To her father, she is considered the "Trouble Child", even worse then her sister Tori, if thats possible. And yet still knows how to be sly enough to get what she wants from him. Phoebe is a total party animal, and loves to run off, go dancing, smoke a few, and get drunk. She's has done drugs buts never been addicted, and surprisingly she still has her v-card. She is the opposite of what her strict police father wants her to be, but doesn't really care at all. She is in a band, called, "Rebels In A Strange Land", or "RIASL", for short with her bestie Lexi. Phoebe plays lead guitar and singer, while Lexi is the drummer and background vocals. Phoebe loves to prank her teachers, parents, etc, and loves spray painting to death. Her dad calls it graffeti, she calls it art. She has gone to Juvie multiple times for illegal and drunk driving, grafetti, selling drugs, smoking Weed, getting into fights, trashing teacher houses as "pranks", etc. Basically, if your on her good side, she is the funnest person to be around ever, but if your on her bad side... Paris was startled awake by the sound of yelling. She quickly ran her hand through her hair and walked out of her room. She rolled her eyes and jumped as the door slammed. "Poor Matt." She muttered under her breath, slightly annoyed, and walked to the kitchen, where she grabbed a pancake and sat in a chair.

Matt watched his sister. He tossed his poptart wrapper in the garbage and jumped down, running up the steps like he always does, he went into his room and took lily out of her cage, the fluffy chinchilla climbed on his neck like a parrot and he gave her a raisen. He then walked downstairs and sat next to his sister. Wanting to scare her (Cause he knew she hated Lily and was scared because Lily bit her once) "Hi, I got a parrot" He said giving Lily another raisen.

Paris raised an eyebrow. "Cool." She said. She loved animals. She took another bite of her pancake. "Wanna go to the park?" She asked, finishing her pancake and wiping the crumbs off her hands into the garbage can. She ran her hand through her hair again and sighed.
