Roy also unbuckled and gout of the car, closing the door gently behind him. He walked over to Shea, who was standing by the main entrance, and nodded. "Ready?" He asked, glancing down at Leah with a big smile.

"Sounds good." Joel nodded, getting up. He stretched a little and began heading towards Melissa's front door, waiting for her. "Is there anything you need to bring?" He asked, after a minute.

Melissa thought for a second before saying,"I don't think so... Lets go." She walked to her front door and opened it for herself and Joel.

jess looked away. "Its my fault this is all happening." She said

"Okay," Joel replied, walking out of the house and strolling down to the sidewalk. The sun made the air humid and sticky and gross, and he squinted his eyes against its blinding light. He turned back towards Melissa's house, waiting for her to follow.

Justin frowned, "No it's not; why would it be?"

Melissa walked behind Joel following him. She and forgotten how humid it was. She mentally groaned knowing her hair would be a frizzy mess later. She said,"Joel, any ideas for tomorrow yet?"

"Uhm, Mexican food?" Joel suggested as they walked to the park.

Melissa smiled as he said that. She replied,"Sounds delicious to me."

Shea nodded, and opened the door. A bell rang, and a nice woman greeted them. She smiled, and you could hear dogs barking and cat meowing. An old, Basset Hound lay in a basket by the desk, wagging it's tail slowly, then panting. Shea smiled at it. She gestured toward Roy to tell her why they were here.

Joel was relieved she would be okay with Mexican food. "Whew, that's good to hear." He teased her, laughing a bit.

Roy walked hesitantly toward the front desk, greeting the lady in return. "Can we have a look at your dogs?" He asked, flipping his hair aside and biting his lip. She nodded and grabbed a set of keys, leading them to the one of the doors in the wall. She stuck the largest key in the door's keyhole, and you could hear a faint clicking sound as it was unlocked. She turned the doorknob and the door was pushed open, revealing a long, grey room, filled with many cages lining the walls. "There ya go." The lady said kindly, walking back to the desk.

Shea decided to leave Leah in the lobby, where there were toys and treats. She walked with Roy, and asked him as they went in, trying to speak over the bark. "What kind of dog are you looking for? Big, small, medium?" she asked him.
