Avery took the news silently, allthough he was struggling like many with conflicting feelings. He wasn't being at all fare to himself lately, distancing himself from just about everyone. He had that hateful feeling towards himself at the moment, despising everything, especially one thing about himself. It sickened him, to have to hold it inside him and he just felt so deeply left out that he wasn't like everyone else. It frit him to death and so he'd been avoiding people lately. What made him feel worse was now he knew he wasn't going to live long at all. Part of him screamed, What the hell? That can't be right. But something in him was sadly relieved, wondering if he could possible get the donations to start earlier. Not that he was suicidal of such, but right now he couldn't consider another option for this problem that seemed to be eating him from the inside out.
He'd allways hated his size, the fact that a twelve year old could very well be the same height as him if they happened to be. He was just small in general and he allways had been. Right now it worked to his advantage, because it was able to conceal him slightly, after rushing through his breakfast and then lunch he was desperate to get outside. No one cared if they went to classes, not anymore. The word was out there was no need to pretend anymore. Plus, with his shortness came the fact he weighed next to nothing, and so he could easily stand on a branch that would at some point probally have marks on it from him standing here so often. It was a way to observe people, in a conspicuous way, crouching down and slinging his legs over the side of it. He managed to balance enough to rest his head in his hands, blowing out a sigh as he carried on scratching his name into the branch.
Was it stupid that even though he had a huge, life changing worry, as well as everyone else.... but he was still concerned about the thing he'd been battling inside himself for years.

Flynn sincere green eyes studied her, tapping his fingers against the stairs as he leant there, giving her a look that you could unfortunately compare to a very patient dog and the way he had his head rested on the railing added to the look of a dog resting its head on your lap. He blinked at her, trying not to take it too personally that he had no idea why she should be laughing at him. He carried on smiling at her though, unaware what exactly it was she would choose to laugh at him about. I mean, there was plenty of things everyone chose and they just took their pick. His lips twitched, like a bigger smile just might try and break out though. Even though he should realise that maybe people just kept feeding him lies to keep him happy he easily gave into them.
He was anxious, of corse, guilt allready flooding into his face. He knew he shouldn't do it, he knew everything they shouldn't do and he knew he really should just change his mind. But he reminded himself that this was the first time someone had risked themselves like this for him and he had to help her out. Besides, he was spurred on by what she had called him and he smiled to himself, following after her and nudging her into the room, shutting the door behind him. Funnily enough the door didn't have a lock, allthough it allways seemed like a prison to him. He grinned down at her and nodded towards the nurses bed thing. If they were going to do this he wanted to at least pretend he was a doctor and do it properly. He shuffled over to all the stuff, plucking at the gloves in a tissue like box and smirked to himself. He searched for stuff to clean her hand with, and plenty of bandages to wrap her hand up with. "Sit down." He said and smiled at her, unravelling what he was going to wrap around her hand.
