My dirty rugged homeless body walks down the street to jamba juice.... I have only a few dollars and I'm starving.... A hot dog and a smoothie is all I can afford... I sigh when I get my food... I eat it slowly, savoring the food...

Eddie Poe walked along the road, in his hands his small camera he clutched close to himself. He looked up through his dark bangs and noticed a girl alone and dirty. He frowned and walked over. "Err, girl, you ok?" he asked gently and kept his small distance.

I was spooked when the guy came up to me and spoke.. I look at him, and barley smile before I frown... "Yea, I'm just headed home" I say... Thinking of the park bench I have to sleep on.. And the little old lady who gives me money from time to time

Eddie frowned just slightly. "You, err, want to stay at my place? It's fixed up," he said, noticing how she was going to go sleep on a bench.

Eddie smiled. "Don't worry, I'm no rapist or serial killer," he held out a hand. "My name's Eddie Poe."
