Kirin trudged on. He stopped a couple of feet from the others. All of the things around him,it seemed,were urging him to shift. But he knew he couldn't and just stood there,staring blankly off into space.

As Adi continued on with her cartwheels,she noticed Kirin. Don't shift! Please,whatever you do,just please don't shift... she thought as she stopped and stood up straight. She eyed him. Please don't. To her relief,he didn't. He always wanted to shift. She shrugged it off and continued on with her cartwheels.
