Chad was now fully amused. Nite still didn't see him without a shirt. He decided that she must be being polite. He would make a game out of this. How long would it take her to figure out that he wasn't wearing a shirt. He realized she was ahead of him, and was asking him if he was coming. He ran to catch up with her. "So..." he said, trying to think of something to say. "How long you been here?" he asked, hopping he wasn't parting. What he really wanted to know was why she was here.

Nite shrugged. "A day, maybe two now, could be more might be less. I've never been one to keep track of time well. Then again if you're like me, you'd find it hard too." she replied. When one was blind it could be a little hard to tell what time of day it was, she just tended to go on either what others told her, or what her instincts told her, like the need to eat and sleep. Not to mention she didn't really care whole tone either. "What about you?" she asked in return to keep him guessing as to what she had meant.

"About a year or two. I gave up after the first yea or so." Chad said. He stayed silent for a bit, being thrown back into a flashback of that horrifying day. He shuddered, remembering that day as if it was yesterday. He always tried to push it as far away as he could, but it always came back. Wait. He stopped in his tracks. "They really sent you here because you're blind?!" Chad asked in horror. "What the hello happened to society?" he asked, shaking his head. "And to think I fought for it..." he muttered to himself.

Nite snorted derisively. "Really they sent me here because I'm blind, of course not. They sent me here because I snapped and killed someone not because I'm blind. I think society is for the most part intact." she replied amused by that. Why would they send her there just because she was blind? No she had to be blind and be able to hear others thoughts. Such fun. "So you were in the army then? Or is that to much prying?' she asked him curiously. She didn't really want to upset another person, particularly not one who knew how to fight likely as well if not better than her. Nite's advantage was her ability to know what was coming and avoid or counter it.

"Yeah." Chad said, as if he was shaking it off. "And, no to your second question, it's not prying. You'd find out anyway. I hope you have an ear for stories, because I guess you could say I have a pretty interesting one. Well, for the most part. Mainly the army part. The rest was just growing yp and doing stupid stuff." he said with a half bitter laugh. "Then this. 'A threat to society.'" he added, shaking his head. Heturned to Nite. "Two things." he said. "and you don't have to answer them if you don't wa
nt to," he said, plowing on. "Other than the killing stuff, did they put you in here for any other reason?" he asked cautiously, he didn't want to anger her. "And can I call you Nite?" he asked with a lopsided grin.

"Sure you call me Nite, that is my nick name after all. Who calls there kid Selenite? I'm named after a freaking rock! Honestly. So ya call me Nite, please." she replied with a wry grin. "Does there need to be another reason? But yes there is one, I'm blind but I can tell you exactly where everything is, and-" she paused and smirked at him- "What you're thinking, if it relates to me that is. For example a little while ago you were wondering how long it would take me to notice the fact that you're not wearing a shirt."

On Luke's 15th birthday a robber attempted to get in his house. The robber's assistant nailed him to the ground and crushed Luke every time he attempted to move. He almost lost consciousness when the man crushed him. The took most of the things from his house and his parents were very very worried. Months later a girl brought him to the roof and tried to hug him. He pushed her off the roof. (not explaining in detail....) He couldn't explain why he pushed her off... (Is "she tried to hug me," a good excuse?xD)

Erica nodded slowly, that did make sense to her as much as she really didn't like it. She didn't not like the thought of having someone riffling through her mind and that there would be nothing she could do to stop it, especially not him. She had some private memories she didn't want to share with anyone much less him. "Well I guess that makes sense, but what exactly will you be looking for?" she asked Jenny curiously, glancing towards Evzar apprehensively. She glanced up at Antonio wondering what he thought of this.

"Roots. There is a reason you snapped... There's some deeper reason than you lost someone that makes you insane, when you see something that reminds you of it. You just snap, you have to destroy it. Maybe not for you Erica, but that's the case with Antonio, you're even harder than him. You two need to answer a couple questions of mine and Ezvar is going to be looking for something... He's much better at explaining it than me." she said looking over to Ezvar, a little smirk on his face as he replied, it felt good to have the upper hand. "You see when people said train or chain of thought they are absolutely correct. Your minds are a bunch of woven interconnected links that all link up to form emotion, our body funcions, what we think, but with us, all of us in here there's something wrong. There's a link connecting to the wrong place, a kink in the chair sometimes a missing link altogether and that's what makes us snap. I haven figured all of it out yet, but there's a reason, I'm not sure but there is... I hate to say it but I'm as interested in this as Jenny... maybe even the Doctor." he said with a little smirk on his face. "Do you trust me to figure this out? If I do, Jenny and the Doctor can fix it to get you all out of here."

Erica nodded slowly, she understood the concept though she really didn't like, but if it meant she could be normal she would go with it. She wasn't sure what made her have voices in the first place but whatever it was it must have been very harrowing and horrible. "Alright, the sooner we do this the sooner this is over." She said finally with a tiny sigh. She trusted Jenny but not Evzar, definitely not him, and she didn't care if he knew it or not.
