Blue didn't like pulling the cart, he was not used to it. he gave Jane a hard time, but luckly he never tried to break away very long.

Casper chuckled, "Yeah," he said, and Lysander trotted alogn grumpily, obviosuly hurt by Casper's words, which for some reason or another he seemd to understand.

Emerald smiled. "I wonder how steep the trail gets." she said looking to the top of the mountain. It wasn't too far, but it certainly wasn't close.

Jane lead Blue to the part of the moutain where it started to get steep. Blue started climbing it, but he was very slow because of the steep moutain and the cart he had to pull. Jane got of the cart and walked beside him to make it lighter.

"No idea, I haven't been much further than this before," said Casper, because he hadn't travelled much up the mountain.

Emerald grinned. "I'll race ya." she said, a playful gleam in her eyes.

"I'll lose," said Casper, but he agreed not by words but by speeding ahead.

Emerald grinned and followed after him. Envy did good on flat land, but the large arabian didn't do so well uphill. He tried hard to catch up to the other horse, he hated losing. He pounded the ground harder and harder and his nose was now by Casper's leg. But he couldn't seem to get any farther. Emerald didn't push the stallion, she was just in it for fun. She loved the way the wind blew her hair and the way the horse moved under her. She grinned bigger and leaned a little farther forward on Envy's neck.

Blue trotted along, trying to keep up with the others.
Jane jumped on the back of the cart and took hold of Blues rains and slowed him down. the cart of full of stuff and she didn't want anything falling out.
Delgado ran ahead of Blue and Jane to race with the others
