"Wow..." Was all Maddi could slip out of her mouth. She put her ice cold hand on his shoulder as he turned away.

[Mudwiggles]

"I dunno..." she looked at them. They'd find out sooner or later, after all, it looked like they were now part of the 'group'.
"Ok well... It started with Tala's family. She found them in her house after the quake and they were..." Takare stopped. She really didn't want to remember any of it. She just wanted to swarm in the present, let all the past just disappear with a POOF.

[*QUIT*]

Skyle snarled at Maddi as she put a hand on him. He never looked away from Takare,"dead? I want to know, why is Vespen so, depressed? why is Tala so injured? how is she,um....'carrying'." he asked question after question.

Maddi quickly replaced her hand and walked up to Taka "I'm so sorry!" She whimpered as Maddi gave her first friend a hug.

"It's not me you should feel sorry for. It's Tala." Takare sighed, but smiled at Maddi, grateful for her consideration.
"Well, Tala wanted to bury them, as anyone would. She was heartbroken. But for some reason... well this is where it gets complicated. Vespen was there and... he wouldn't... he wouldn't let Tala bury them." Takare started.
"They came back, and Tala looked like all the life had been just sucked out of her. And then, I asked Vespen what happened and... then Tala ran off and I tried to go after her but Hana stopped me. She said Tala needed time alone, because why else would she run off??? She needed time to think things through..." Takare gulped. She could tell she was probably going to have a crying fit in a minute.
"So we waited. And then... well, she'd slipped. And fallen." Tears started to prick in her eyes, and she could hear her voice swell up.
"Xifeng and Feng... the birds, they found her. And bought her back... but now I'm worried. If there's something they can't fix..." Takare sank to her knees, squeezing her eyes shut. This was where it got emotional.

"Oh... My... VESPEN?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" MAddi called out.
Then she sat down next to Takare and rubbed her back, and hugged her.

[*QUIT*]

Vespen stood up and ran to the hospital, he crashed into Tala's room, "Tala!"

Skyle swallowed a sad emotion. He nodde to them and began to walk away,"I need some shut eye, g'night ladies..."

Takare sniffed, wiping her eyes. She was just tired...
