- The well-respected Hartning Family has Resided on this estate for as Nearly as long as the house has, drawing near ten generations now. Most famously known for their ownership of Champion sires and mares, their stables being well established. Their Serving staff work as a well-oiled machine, keeping the house and family in order and well kept at all times. Despite all its grandeur and pomp, The characters within this estate make for an interesting blend of personality.

The Estate itself is comprised of the main house, the staff's quarters, the stable, the garden, and the meadows.
- The Main House: 28 bedrooms, including those reserved for house staff. Does not run on electricity, uses a bell system
The Staff's Quarters: includes its own small dining room for staff, the Butler and Housekeeper's rooms being the largest of the staff
The Stable: Includes 14 individual stalls, tack and feed rooms, two large paddocks, and a large shed containing the carriages.
The Garden: A small hedge maze, and a gravel courtyard complete with sets on garden tables and chairs
The Meadows: Acres of sprawling hills, dotted with trees and used mostly for riding
