Yellowstone National Park. With geysers, Rivers, canyons, lush forests, hot springs, it is a beautiful place to visit. Yet under all this beauty, lies the biggest supervolcano in the world. But you needn't worry, they said. It won't erupt for a long time, they said. Oh, but they were so very wrong. The first warning was the earthquakes. Then the swelling of the ground. Finally strange activity from the animals. Humanity understood, and panicked. The eruption day came, and within a week the entire planet was covered in a thick layer of ash. Plants died, and the entire food chain collapsed, and temperatures dropped dramatically. 5 years later, the ash clouds allow some sunlight through, so at least you can see during the day, but little to no plants grow. One question remains: Are you up to the challenge of survival in this cold, post-apocalyptic world?
