Once he was done pampering both his horses he decided to head up to the cabin. When he left the stable he saw a girl unloading her horses and decided to see if she needed any help.

He walked up to the girl and her horse but staying at a distance unsure of how the horse whould react to strangers. "Hey, You need any help?" He asked kindly

The mare had a tendency to overreact, so when the act of unloading went down with minor inconvenience, Ellie gave the mare a good scratch to reward her for such good behaviour. It hadn't been an easy road with Zoey... no, it was almost as if the bay mare did everything she could to make even the smallest tasks difficult and in a weird way, her avoidance of doing things only showed her intelligence. That was it, she was too smart for her own good and she knew it. Ellie had a habit of entrancing herself into her own world so when a male voice interrupted her, she couldn't help but jump slightly but in true Patel fashion, played it off as if it didn't even happen "Oh..um." she stuttered as she looked at him then to her horses, it would be useful to have him lift up the ramp and lock it in but she didn't know this guy and he really didn't happen "It's okay, I think I might have it sorted." she replied in a sweetly unsure tone.

"Oh I insist, you may not think it yourself but when dealing with horses an extra pair of hands are always useful" he said with a soft chuckle Take it from the guy with the most stuck-up mare ever" he said with a chuckle

Still unsure of the young man, Ellie thought for a moment before giving a nod and a sigh as signs that she had given in. Clearly she was quite the push-over but he did have a point, when you had horses it was almost impossible to do almost everything on your own and she couldn't help but let herself laugh at the mention of his mare "Well, mares will be mares. I recently bought this not-so-little off the track mare and I tell you what, she had definitely been a challenge." she replied, slightly shocking herself as she actually spoke to him. She didn't speak to people she didn't know, atleast not in full sentences. This was strange. "Do you think you could lift the ramp up and lock it into place?" she asked softly as she asked Zoey to back out of her space.

He nodded and lifted the ramp up and locked it in place "My mare Em has always been stuck up, according to the original owner she was even stuck up as a foal." He said and chuckled

It was surprising to herself as Ellie found herself relaxing around the young man, he seemed to have a friendly and comforting demeanour about him and this was something that she liked. "Thank you for that." she thanked him sincerely as she fumbled with the leadropes in her hands. Her horses were colour coded in a way that prevented a mix up in gear, whilst Zoey was dressed in red to symbol her fiery personality, Titan was presented in a light, almost baby blue that represented his typical gelding outlook on life. It had been a few minutes before the Australian had realised that she hadn't introduced herself "I'm sorry, I haven't introduced myself. I'm Ellie."

Leo had just finished arranging his horses equipment in the tack room, his tan cross country saddle was one of his most prize possessions and he always kept it wrapped in paper to ensure its safety. There was a dramatic difference in the quality of his horses tack, their show equipment was in top condition and always polished to perfection, each horses everyday riding saddle was worn and old. Their bridles were slightly better but still not great. His last riding saddle's stirrup leather had snapped due to its age and resulted with him being on the floor under his grey gelding, once the bridles were on their designated hooks along with his saddles he strolled back to the stables, whistling a tune as he did so. He easily noticed the form of another man having a tender moment with a young black colt. This was bound to be one of the new riders, brought here for the same reason he was, the young Italian figured he should probably introduce himself, they were teammates after all. Leo was never shy or worried about talking to people, he approached the other rider confidently, the tune he was whistling still on his lips. "What a gorgeous colt," he held his hand out for the young horse to sniff, careful not to immediately touch the horses face and spook him, "he looks like a friesian, is he? Amazing horses for dressage," he smiled warmly at the other man, taking in his dark hair and eyes, as well as noticing the significant height difference between them, "I've never had the patience, oh I'm Leo by the way."

He was considering just taking Theron out for a walk, to give him a proper look around the new yard, in the hopes that he'd settle down a bit more. It was definitely a viable idea, and so he decided that he'd have to do it later. His thoughts were interrupted, though, when another young man approached, and Theron snorted.
Logan glanced up, towards the other man, immediately prickling up. Theron sniffed the man's outstretched hand curiously, ears forward, and seemed to decide that the other man was okay to stay for now.

Logan, however, was less interested and friendly. It sounded to him - even though, in hindsight, it was never meant to sound like that - that the other man condescending him. "Yes, he is," he replied, tone quiet and cold, "and I know they are. I own his mother as well." He was silent for a few moments, as if deciding whether or not he wanted to introduce himself, then he spoke again, figuring that he may as well do so as well. "Logan."

Desiree brushed Flicka down, the horse nickering. "well you get settled in alright? I gotta do the same! She said a smile on her face as she stepped out of the barn and down the trail with one suitcase for close. She glanced around for the females cabin, spotting it in no time. It was actually really big compared to what she expected, she stepped up the stairs and opened the door walking in she glanced around with. She walked down finding a room, she stepped in and set her luggage down forgetting to close the door.
