Aster wished he had better self control, but he didn't. Which is why, when he heard Wraith's statement, he shook his head.
"The bear isn't mean... He's just scary sometimes. He's good friends with the bird and the puppy though, and he protects them," he said. Although it was probably a joke, Aster didn't like how Wraith referred to himself as mean, because Red, who Aster trusted, had said that Wraith was actually nicer around his friends. But after the words left Aster's mouth, Aster was reminded of how Wraith had first spoken to the new recruits, and began to be a bit scared of Wraith again. "Actually, that was unnecessary, just ignore me. I'm a bit weird," Aster said upon thinking about how his statement sounded.

Jeong Hui snorted when Matt said he was like a mean grizzly bear, "More like a soft teddy bear." He smiled at Wraith and spoke with a sing-song voice, "You still have to beat meee." Charisma gently poked Matt's cheek before glancing at Aster. The taller man shrugged, "We are all kinda weird. I mean just look at me for example, I am wearing leather pants to a training session. Why you may ask? Because I look hot and I like a challenge." He smirked and gave Matt a wink , "Is it normal? Oh god no. Weird? Unbelievably so, but at least we are self aware. " Jeong Hui was known for rattling off nonsense and in general being a bit lot weird. He acted dramatic because it eased tension and made people smile even if most of his weirdness was not intentional.

Matt took another bite of his apple as Aster tried to explain himself, which only caused Matt to narrow his eyes at him. What was he getting at? Matt let his hand rest on his thighs before shrugging. "The bear protects his whole pack. No exceptions." Matt instantly regretted what he said but he didn't want Aster to think he'd let him to his own devices. Sure Matt was mean but he wasn't cruel. Matt flushed when Charisma said he was a soft teddy bear, causing Matt to glare at him. "I'm not a teddy bear, or soft for that matter." Matt crossed his arms and felt himself slipping back into Wraith but did his best not to. The man could be mean unnecessarily and he wasn't about to start another fight. Matt raised his brow when Charisma chimed up about being weird and Matt only shrugged in response. "On another note, anyone know where the training session is? Are we going to the same place as last time or did Jinx find a more suitable place to handle our training? Just want to check some cams beforehand to see what it's like." Matt leaned back on the counter until his back hit it, staring up at the ceiling as he thought. Training was going to be tough, especially since he hadn't worked out since, well over a week, and he had a little puppy distracting him constantly. Was going to be interesting but again he didn't want to back down and seem like a wimp. The bear did have to protect his group. No matter the cost.

bronwyn looked at the napkin. the only animal left was the bunny. ”that means i’m the bunny? because i’m 90% sure i’m not a bird. that sounds like red.” she questioned, as if she didn’t find herself worthy of being a cute little animal. all she would imagine was the bunny going around a warehouse to steal something. what a bad bunny. she stared at it for a second, then a thought passed her mind. ”hey when i was still in highschool i stole my art teacher’s sketchbook because she wouldn’t let me realistically draw knives. i’ll give it to you after practice if you at least learn the basics.” she offered, hoping it would encourage aster to train. she didn’t ever want to see casualties within the team, or at least avoid it as much as possible. but she nodded when charisma said they’re all weird. that’s the sticky-glue-family part of this group. ”another challenge says you won’t eat one of my cookies.. wait, actually nevermind i forgot which is which.” she stated, talking fast and hoping he wouldn’t take up her offer anymore. she feared one of them would burst into flames upon contact with saliva, something she’s been working with for fun. ”and not sure. i think jinx’s going to call us over when she’s ready.” she replied, thankful the subject changed quickly.

Aster grinned at Charisma wearing leather pants to exercise, and then at the comparison of Wraith to a teddy bear. Aster couldn't help himself. He sort of wanted to get to know Wraith's softer side. Plus, Wraith's first comment made Aster feel like the guy really cherished his friends. When Silence spoke, Aster nodded, indicating that Silence was the bunny. Aster was quite nervous for training, because what if he made himself a complete fool in front of everybody else. Concerning the cookies, Aster was a bit worried, because he liked cookies and had no idea what was wrong with the ones Silence was talking about. Maybe he would ask Red later.

Knowing the warehouse was probably bugged or being watched, she needed to find a new place for combat training. Combat wasn't that big of a deal, but it was useful in certain situations. She had already put Matt in charge of all the technical properties of the heist. Bronwyn would be put in charge of testing everyone's skills. Making sure everyone knew the plan and was capable of pulling off their part would be her job. As for the three leaders, they'd be observing everything. The current members would be taking over the leader positions at some point in the future, so they had to know that the group was being left in capable hands. Jinx already had a few people picked out as possible replacements. She decided to head back to the apartment and relay the training info to the others.

Jeong Hui held up his hands, "You're a very scary grizzly bear." Charisma lifted an eyebrow as his cheerful smile turned devious, "I need to keep an eye on the newbies and see who is fit for me to actually train as basically my apprentice. I won't live forever especially when I play an offensive role or if the cops come around... I'll help me a distraction. Someone would need to take my place even if they aren't as pretty as me." He cupped his cheek and pretended to act cute before busting into laughter. His fingers itched to fight with his babies again, he hadn't had many opportunities to use them recently. Jeong Hui had collected a few of them from different heists, but his most prized child was not one he had stolen. His hosindo had been given to him by his father shortly before his father died, it had been passed down from generation of the Kwon line. It sat perfectly cleaned in it's sheath, it was his only baby that didn't look completely perfect, but he wouldn't dare try to smooth out the history of each mark on the blade's handle.

Matt rolled his eyes playfull at Charisma before turning his attention over towards Silence. The girl had a point. "True but I haven't seen or heard from her all morning. Are we sure she's okay? I mean I took her to her room last night and she said she was fine but that'll it. I left and not much happened." Matt took another bite of his apple as Charisma went on about having to train someone. Matt stopped and lowered his apple as a solemn look took over his face. ]"I never thought about that. I mean it's kind of hard to train someone in what I do since it comes naturally. One slip-up and were exposed. Can't risk that. Not like i'm much use anyway so." Matt spoke rather casually as he inspected his apple as if it was more important than anyone else. ]"I'm bored just sitting here, I want to go train." Matt hopped off the counter and threw the apple in the trashcan, stretching before he glanced back at the three other members. ]"Well I'm going to go get changed, i'll be back in like five minutes or something." Matt shrugged before turning towards the door that lead to the hallway.

"What's the training like?" Aster asked aloud, to nobody in particular. And for a little bit, Aster entertained the idea of being good enough to be Charisma's apprentice, but then quickly dismissed the thought. Feeling a bit hungry, Aster got up and went to the refrigerator, trying to find some sort of fruit as quickly as possible, as to not make himself look like a fool. He pulled out a peach and turned to Silence. "Um, is this safe to eat?" He asked. He felt a bit ridiculous while asking, but from what Silence had said before, he figured it wouldn't hurt just to be careful.

Jeong Hui’s eyes darted over to Matt, “You are of extreme use to the group, stop it” He nodded that he heard Matt as the older man left the room, he laughed menacingly as Aster asked about training. Charisma walked over to Aster and bent over the boy’s shoulder to whisper in his ear, “It’s grueling. Feels like everything is happening at once at the same time that nothing his happening. Some people cry by the end. You also get real sweaty, but that’s what makes it fun.” Jeong Hui smiled softly and put a hand on the top of the boy’s head, “I’ll watch out for you, don’t worry Aster.”
