- Listening when Isaac would mention the pilot, he would nod uncertainly, still a bit dumbfounded on how it'd even crashed in the first place. It had gone well throughout the whole trip up until it had to land. The only person he remembered not seeing after the plane had collided with the ground was the pilot; it was easy enough to assume that he hadn't made it, especially since he was right in the front. "I'm sure it was most terrifying for him.. I can only imagine.." Miles would comment, continuing to follow the younger male.
Shaking his head at the joking statement, he'd scan their surroundings, eyes studying the variety of exotic vegetation. It was definitely pretty; nothing he'd seen in real life, that is. Glancing over at the blond, he'd observe as he'd remove his upper attire, failing to stifle a small sigh. "Look, there's gotta be spiders in here. Like, extremely oversized, too.. not your ordinary, 'bigger than my hand' spiders.. more like, 'bigger than my body', or something." He'd state playfully and rather awkwardly, lips tugging back into a small grin. He was substantially convinced that there'd be some sort of nasty insects for sure. Whether or not they encountered them was a whole different story.
Initially confused when the other individual would quicken his pace, he would land his attention on the structures that weren't too far off, seeking to accelerate his own speed to catch up with Isaac. Tilting his head whilst observing him push down the handle, he'd be relieved when it'd give way and grant them access inside, returning the expression given to him but instead with just a mocking smirk. "This seems promising.." he'd remark softly, lifting a brow.

- Nodding in response to the thanking, he'd be rather relieved that she didn't think he was too curt or flat out rude with the reassurance; that'd be the exact opposite of the intent from it, anyway. Observing her anxious demeanor as they'd approach the strangers, he would shift his attention over to her, listening to the suggestion. He could tell that she was hesitant to say something to them, which didn't really bother him. The only thing he was unsure about was if the group would listen to them or not.
Prepared to speak, he would narrow his eyes, a little unsettled when he'd catch the glimpse of another male, somewhere around the same age, who seemed to be briefly staring. Meeting his matching gaze, he'd awkwardly clear his throat, averting it once the other individual had done so. Seeking to step a little closer toward the handful-sized crowd, he would flash Avery a brisk glance, indicating that he was about to try and confront the group. "Hey, um, other plane crash survivors," he'd attempt to grab their attentions, heading cocking a little, "I'm Tate, and.. this is Avery." He would openly introduce, gesturing toward the female beside him briefly.
"We were just wondering if you'd be interested in working together..? There's two cabins on this island located.. somewhere. We could work together to find them; that'd be great, and.. work together in general, since we're all on the same page here." Tate would try and announce to the other people who'd managed to get caught up in the unlucky situation as well, scratching unsurely at the side of his neck as he'd wait some sort of response from them.
