Grace laughs a bit and follows Ashly to the stables. "I already came in here and decided on a stall" She offers a smile as she pats Stormy's neck. The black arabian neighs loudly in response before padding at the ground. "Hey, calm down stormy, I know you're good with being in a new area alot" Grace sighs a bit and grabs onto stormy's mane, lightly tugging on it which makes Stormy turn in a circle before walking forward again and following Ashly.

Levi smiled and followed the young woman into the barn. Simply put, the barn was exquisite, with a wide aisle way and large, cozy stalls. He looked over at Smokey and Pistol and smiled. "Yeah, I think y'all like it here," he said. He had never been in a barn this grand, and it was far different from the horse pens he was used to on his family's ranch. He picked a stall for Smokey and led the blue stud in, and slipped the brown leather halter off his head. Smokey walked around his new stall, checking everything out, and before too long, he spotted the freshly-pitched alfalfa on the ground, and began munching away. Levi chuckled, before he turned over to Ashly.

"Looks like he's settling in just fine. Now, where should I put Pistol?" he asked, gesturing towards the bay gelding that was still by his side.

The young chuckled at what Grace said and nodded her head at the other young woman's words before turning her attention towards Levi. "Well we can head over to the other barn where the geldings are kept but I'm sure the owner wont mind if you kept him in the same barn. Your call." she said, wondering what he would say.

Chance snorted and nickered in response, and shifted his weight from one foreleg to the other and glanced over at his owner. Ashly glanced at the thoroughbred stallion, and chuckled at him before stroking one of the noses of one of the other horses.

Grace smiles again and looks around. "Have either of you ridden a horse bareback and without a bridle? It's a lot of fun and it proves how well you trust your horse and how well your horse trusts you" She would hug Stormy's neck and the horse turns his head to look back at grace, nipping at her hair as Grace would laugh again. "I think you're looking for a treat huh?" She pulls out a small packet of baby carrots from her pocket, opening it as she feeds Stormy one. She looks at the other horses and turns Stormy around, offering the carrots to the others. "Here, treats for the horses" She nods and smiles.

Ashly listened to what Grace said and nodded her head. "Sure do, on my other horse. I aometimes do it on Chance, but only when he isnt all full of energy." she said and then saw Chance eyeing the carrots from where he was and shook out his name.

After both his horses were settled into their stalls, Levi looked over at Grace, and nodded with a smile. "All the time. It's a great way to strengthen your legs and your trust with your horse. It's also fun to jump bareback, we did that all the time back home. My dad always said jumping bareback can help improve your posture for bull riding," he explained. He chuckled when Pistol stuck his head out of his stall and bobbed his head up and down at the sight of the carrots. He held his hand out flat and placed it in his palm, and the gelding happily crunched at the carrot. Levi ran his hand down Pistol's face. "Now hey old boy, where are your manners?" he asked, grinning.

She listened to his words and nodded her head. "I usually prefer bareback anyways, especially when its early mornings or before it gets dark. But I was about to head down to the other barn to check on my other horse, before you got here." the young woman said, pointing over to where the mares barn was, on the other sidd of the stallion barn.

family. He was the oldest of 3 with two

His mothers owned a small ranch that he
helped work on while he was younger.
Recently one of his mothers passed away
from cancer. After the funeral his mom,
and two sisters sold the farm and moved
to Mississippi. He; however, chose to stay
in Kentucky and moved his horses to silver
saddle.
