He let out a breath. "If it's okay with you I'd enjoy waiting where it's warm." He laughed, getting out of the car and locking it. He wearily followed her inside the door where he looked around. The snow from his shoes melted quickly onto the floor and I winced, "I'll get that sorry." He took his jacket off and rubbed it over the wet puddle.

Soon enough, all four of them arrived. Kellin parked in the yard, and the guys in the back was soon to get out, with Kellin falling a bit behind. As they were already gone, Kellin turned the car off, as he noticed this. His eyes got big, as he opened the door to call for them. "Hey guys! Wait up!" He called, as they stopped, and he shook his head with a chuckle. He got out of the car, and waited for Mavis to follow, before walking to them both with an arm around her shoulders.

Successful in getting Mila's attention, Ashley gave a small smile, and lifted a couple fingers from his cup as a way to say hello. As she began to say that they haven't talked since middle school, Ashley just now realized it. Was it true? Has it really been that long since they last talked? It sure didn't feel like it. "Doing alright, and yourself? Great job on the party, by the way." He commented, knowing for a fact that she did throw awesome parties. The only times he went is with friends though, since he wasn't one to talk much around people he didn't know. "Has it really been that long? It sure don't feel like it. I guess I'm not as good with time as I thought I was." He smirked, as it most likely was true. Though he didn't really care about the time, he did try to keep track of dates. And usually, he fails.

As Lucy quietly waited to see if he was coming or not, Preston's comment made her laugh as well, as she motioned her head to the direction of the door. "Well, you're free to come in for a small toasting." She mentioned with a grin, as she turned her body to the way in. She eventually made it to the door, and got the keys to unlock it, to open it wide open to let them both in. Seeing and smelling the familiar scent of coffee and cinnamon in her home made her smile. However, that quickly faded when Preston was using his jacket to wipe off the remaining snow in the boots. "Oh no! Please don't do that." She protested, immediately getting his jacket off the floor, and giving a small laugh. "It's okay. If it wasn't you that was going to bring in the snow, it was going to be me." She reassured, lightly setting his jacket on the edge of the sofa. "I may use a hairdryer to dry this off. If it doesn't, then I have one of my bandmates' jackets that they left behind still in my closet. I'm sure they wouldn't mind you lending it. Either way, I have to get ready, but I swear, I'll try not to take long." She promised with a small nod, going over to the stairs to go up it and into her room.

As Darcy watched at the three introduced themselves, she remained quiet while they did. When Chris introduced himself and mentioned how she liked to be different, Darcy gave a small laugh, and flipped her hair to her left side. "Better believe it." She responded with a devious grin, somewhat proud of that fact. As they went on with the conversation, apparently they were new here, and she gave a small nod. "Cool. I hope you both are having a good time here. Roseville has a thing where everyone in this town, even as a visitor, automatically becomes a family. I'm sure most, if not everyone will warm up to you both quick. If you let them." She explained, giving them both a few pointers that they may need to know, if they didn't already. Mia's words made Darcy let out a small breath and she gave a small nod. "Same. The stuff that happens there? Great. The people? Okay. The noise? Not so much. But anyways, it's been okay for me. I just got here like 10 minutes ago so nothing really out of the blue has happened yet. Maybe Chris coming back to Roseville from wherever the hell he was at these few years, but other than that, nah." She joked, motioning to the guy beside her. She loved to joke about her fellow guy friend, and he always took it lightly. She wasn't sure how he felt about Mia giving him a bit of an attracted vibe, if he's noticed it at all. But apparently he isn't fazed by it too much, since he's still acting the same.

I quirk my eyebrows at Natahsa, smiling lightly. "Lovely name." I compliment. I turn my head over my shoulders when I hear yelling coming from the other room, furrowing my brows as my eyes lay on a group of people practiaclly moshing in the living room. I think fr second, wondering what it might be like if I went to join them. Nah, I've got more important matters at hand. I look back to Natasha and place my thumb on the corner of my mouth, thinking of a place to go. "We culd go outside, but it's kinda cold. Upstairs maybe?" As they all went inside, Kellin glanced at Ashley noticing he was questioning Carter for stopping. Apparently, he was staring at some girl on the street, and he reassured Ashley to wait for him inside as he took off. When he did, so did Kellin, and he took himself and Mavis inside the house so they can join the party.

So I'll list them all!" He answered optimistically, beginning to think of what to say for each of them. And before he knew it, the answers came pouring well. "Well, my hobbies are playing guitar, listening to music, playing video games and trying new things. I'm 21 years old. And my family consists of my mom, my step-dad and my sister." Mia smiled again, glancing at Chris. She looked at him for a moment. He met my eyes and I quickly looked away. "I'm hungry, want to head over to the snack table and talk some more?" She offered with an embarrassed chuckle. Without waiting for an answer she brushed past Chris and Darcy and headed through the crowd of dancing and grabbed a sand which. She took a deep breath. What was with her? She was usually completely comfortable around guys.

He laughed, taking the jacket from her. "It's no big deal, I hate this jacket anyway. I swear it doesn't even keep me warm." As she went upstairs he wandered into the living room, glancing at the pictures on the mantle, There was one of Lucy and another girl with curly blonde hair. He laughed at their expressions. They seemed very close. He thought about his friend Dylan from back home and smiled. He missed that guy, though he was sure he'd make more friends here.

Krista opened the door to Mila's house. Everyone seemed to be in their own conversations so she wandered around for a bit. She greeted a few people but they all seemed preoccupied so she went over to the kitchen where it was quieter. She leaned up against the counter and looked around. The kitchen was nicely decorated. Much unlike her cheap apartment kitchen which had many cracks and splinters in the wood.

Mavis smiled and kept her head against Kellin. She yawned and walked with kellin inside. She smiled at the others then let a small confused look. Her eyebrows slightly furrowed the tinest. Then she sighed as Carter ran off. She looked at Kellin and kissed his chin. Then continued walking inside. Her hand was holding his.

Eventually, after talking to a few randoms for a few minutes, Justin looked up and saw Kyle across the room. They nodded at each other and then Justin motioned for him to come over to him. He had a plan. They knew Chris was at the party somewhere, but didn't know exactly where. Since the music was loud enough to where they wouldn't be heard by anyone, Justin told him his plan. They then started walking around to start looking for him. When they found him talking with a couple of girls and another guy, they picked Chris up off the ground and despite the height difference, held him on their shoulders. What's going on, guys and girls? he greeted to the small group Chris was talking to.

Chris rolled his eyes playfully at her hair flip, then heard Mia talk about coming down from Minnesota. Oh yeah? What was it like up there? Besides the weather, how much different is it up there than it is down here? he asked before hearing Darcy randomly start giving them pointers on life in Roseville and how they treat people around here. He then smirked when Darcy brought his name back up and just as he was about to answer, he felt himself being picked up off the ground. As Preston took his jacket back, Lucy slightly pouted then gave a small laugh. "Okay, if you insist. I'll be right back." She mentioned, going up the stairs to continue on with her getting ready. She was thinking of putting on a dress, but since she didn't feel like going all out today, she decided against it. So she settled for a jumper and a pair of blue jeans, with black boots. She did her makeup, and put on some more perfume, before seeing how her hair looked. Luckily, it was still wavy as heck from earlier when she did her hair. However, she still decided to add some more flair to it, using the curler to put more bounce to it. Only on some strands of hair, and not her whole head, so it would be quicker. And then, she was finished. She grinned in the mirror, and left her room to go to the stairs. "Alright, so since you're the only one here, I'm going to have you judge. Please be honest with me. If it doesn't look right, tell me what to change, and I'll try something else." She instructed from the top of the stairs, nervous to see if it really looked as good as she hoped she did. She took a small, deep breath, as she walked down the stairs to come into his view. She did a little bounce off the last step, and approached him, arms wide open as if she was presenting herself. "How do I look?" She asked, with a bit of a nervous smie, hoping it wasn't that bad.

As Darcy continued on with the conversation, suddenly Mia just brushed past her and Chris onto the food table, making Darcy a bit confused. Though she may have just been hungry, the way she seemed as if she just panicked was.. weird. If she liked Chris, was she that shy about it? Or was it not that at all, and something just came up? Either way, she thought that was weird, but moved on to see if Chris was going to join her. Which he didn't. Thank God. Wait, why would that be a good thing? He's allowed to go over there with her. She thought to herself in her head, a bit weirded out she would think that. Either way, she came back to reality with a visible shake of the shoulders. Even more so when Chris all of a sudden disappeared, and was replaced by Justin and Kyle who was carrying him on their shoulders. Darcy had completely forgotten about what happened, and burst out laughing at Chris' reaction. "Nice one guys! Ohhh man, I have got to get a picture of this." She declared with a grin, reaching into her pocket to get her phone and get on Snapchat, waiting for it to load. When it did, she lifted her eyes up to all three of them. "May I?" She asked the two boys outside of Chris, knowing that he would automatically be against this, since he's the victim of their hilarious prank. Justin and Kyle however..
