Dear Parent/Caregiver of ________

Your child, ________, has been accepted into Oak Equine Academy. Your child has passed the extreme test to be accepted into this high quality Equine Academy. The staff here at Oak Equine Academy that your child has great skill and it is possible for them to become a great rider. Your child is extremely lucky to be able to participate at Oak Equine Academy because this year we are only having 8 riders attend the Academy.

We would like to remind you what you can and can't bring. Your child can only bring one horse. We would rather only let your child bring one horse as we limited stables as we have our own horses here at Oak Equine Academy. Your child can also bring one small pet, a cat, dog or rodent. ________ will bring their own tack, because of sizing reasons. Your child will not be able to ride if they do not have the required tack to ride safely. Your child will bring a helmet, grooming equipment, vitamins for your horse and anything else that your horse needs that we do not have. ________ will not need to bring food, but a empty water bottle would be good as we do not supply water bottles. Your child will also need to bring their own clothes and health equipment such as a toothbrush.

________ will be put in a dorm with somebody of the same gender as them. They will have draws for there clothes, a desk for homework, a laptop for homework too and also many more things in their dorm that they will find.

Your childs horse will have supplied A+ food. The horse will have a boxstall, a pasture to itself, or one to share with another horse, and there are water troughs in the pastures.

Here at Oak Equine Academy, we have two inside arenas, two outside arenas and a arena specific to dressage if your child's discipline is Dressage. We also have a Cross Country track for the horses if you want to have a go at that. (if u read this put the word 'Fancy' in the other section of your form) Oak Equine Academy is right beside a lake that you can ride down by with others.

Your's Sincerely,

Todd Sear
