Located near Fort Myers Florida, Adams Key Ranch covers 1,968 acres of private land, being locally owned by one of the richest men in the state. This gentlemen who goes by the name of Benjamin decided to open up a year round stables for riders of all disciplines and levels, taking in new applicants at all times of the year. Benjamin has created something people can only dream of, with luxury stables and wonderful living quarters for riders who stay on campus, who wouldn't want to go here.

R U L E S ['out of character'] can't be broken

● All of Tess's Rules Apply.
● Romance is highly encouraged!
● Fade to black when needed.
● LGBTQ+ is accepted.
● Realistic images please.
● No god modding, powerplaying, Mary sues, or Larry sues.
● Post at least 3 sentences per post, more is encouraged.
● Must be active atleast 4 times a week,
If you are leaving and have no Internet connection for a few days pm me and let me know c:
● Limit 3 horses per character
● Try to keep genders even
● You can have as many characters as you can handle. Ranging from 1 to 7 as an example.
● Characters must be older than 18.
● No fighting out of character.
● Ask before starting any major drama with someone's characters.

● Must be back in your room by 11:00 pm.
● Take care of your animals and keep them under control.
● Girls only in the girl dorms, boys only in the boy dorms.
● Don't touch, ride, or take care of another riders horse without their permission

Welcome to Adams Key Ranch.
We are so glad to have you here and we hope you enjoy your stay. The first thing you may have noticed on your way in here is our beautiful custom made gates and our very well maintained landscaping. Once you have passed the gates, you will follow a dirt road that will lead you to your first building or a.k.a the registraion/administration office. Here is where you'll register yourself or any other animals you will be bringing with you. You will also obtain a stable and room number, as well as a guide to help you situate yourself to your new surroundings. Once you leave this building you will follow the dirt road to a three way intersection, with the left taking you to our 55 stall stable that has an indoor arena attached to it and with the right leading you to our 20 little cabins suited just for two people as well as our ballroom/cafeteria/get together building.With each cabin there are 2 bedrooms exactly the same as well as a private attached bathroom with each bedroom. When you first come into your cabin, both bedrooms will be on the right of the house , in the center, there will be stairs leading up to a living room/hangout room, and to the left there will be an open kitchen with fully updated appliances as well as a little bar setup for dining for two.
