"I know," Ingo said, her face seemed somewhat crestfallen, not because of Sonja, no, not that at all, but because of life, how it had treated her. Ingo sighed and looked at the ground, though they were in completely different situations somehow Sonja and Ingo were in the same boat, they would have been literally too if Sonja had still been well.

[Basically, Ingo and Sonja are talking about stuff, because Sonja doesn't think she'll ever be able to fight again and Ingo wants to find out who her parents are.]

Sonja got to her feet and said, "Here, kid, take my advice. Go back to be being a pirate. The cost of freedom is high, but it's worth every penny. Be glad it wasn't your blood that was spilled today."

Liam glanced at Alexa and smiled slightly. "You look great," he said, even though she was only wearing some of his younger brother's old clothes.

"Sure I do." Alexa said.

"No, I'm serious," said Liam with a grin, placing a large, work-callused hand on her shoulder. "Come on, let's see how all of your friends are doing."

Alexa nodded. "Good idea." She waited for him to lead the way.

Ingo nodded, this was true and a valid point of view but Ingo still wasn't convinced, then again, nothing would ever convince her whole-heartedly. Ingo smiled, she was being far too negative about things.

Liam nodded and opened the door that led back to the shop, walking through until he reached the main room. "Darius," he said, helping his brother up, "Are you alright?" The young man shrugged, and said, "Fine, I guess."

Sonja smiled when Ingo did, then stood and said, "Make good use of that dagger- snakewood and bluestone are a deadly combination. I hope you find your parents, but don't spend your whole life searching."
