I was sitting in one of the few chairs we had, feeding Angel. I was anxious. I had no idea when Lawrence was coming back, but it had already been a couple of days, so I knew that he should be coming home soon.... Hopefully.

Lawrence made it to their level and slowly made his way to their door and knocked.

"He.....he was my best friend.....but he didn't want to be my friend....he wanted more, and I hate that." He admitted. He couldn't stop himself.

I sucked in a breath as I heard a knock on the door. I put Angel in her crib and opened the door to see Lawrence standing there, pretty much covered in blood. I put a hand to my mouth. "Lawrence..."

I was shocked. "C-come in, we have to get you cleaned up." I told him, not asking him what happened... Yet.

Dexter put his finger under her chin and made her look up. "They didn't do it because you looked good. They did it to see if a good looking guy was with you."
