Rose bit her lip and shifted her weight. She tried to think of places Sass would go. She shot a look a Athena and got closer to her, knowing that she could use some comfort. "It's not fault, Athena, it'll be okay. We've all done it before, if you never make mistakes you'll never learn." she said quietly, hoping Brad wouldn't try to pick a fight.

She nodded her head sadly, "he blames be," she whispered. Last thing she wanted to do was to make her brother mad. she already lost one brother, she didn't want to loose another.

Brad

"Okay, I'll go and grab the horse for you. What saddle does he want? We have Western saddles, English saddles and Australian saddles." He gave a quick glance at Athena.

Indira nodded "Just grab a stock saddle." she replied and looked over to her brother "Carson, promise me that you won't do anything stupid." she said quietly to him.

Carson shook his head "I can't promise nothing." he replied in a smart tone and then gulped when he saw the look in her eyes "But I can make an exception this time."

He nodded, "Athena, go and grab a stock saddle. I will also need you to grab the rest of the tack for Lexa." Brad raised his eye brow, as his sister started to refuse.

Indira looked over to Athena "Brad, if she doesn't want him to ride that horse that I'm sure there is something else we can work out." she commented.

He shook his head, "it's okay. He can ride the horse if you want, Athena isn't going to be using her anytime soon." Brad looked back over at his sister, "she is going to be staying in the house with Zach."

Indira looked over to Carson, knowing he didn't want to go with them to find the horses finally allowed him to give his opinion.

Carson smiled when Indira gave him 'the look' and took a breath "Look, I don't want to ride your damn horse, I'd rather be back home skating with my friends. So if you will excuse me..." he said to Brad and started heading over to Indira's cabin to play with Chance.

"It's not her fault, Brad. We have all made the same mistake at least once in our lives." Rose snapped. Knight pinned his ears and snorted, hearing Rose's tone spike. "It's okay, Knight." she said, lowering her tone and calming down quickly.

He glared at Rose, "someone can't make a mistake if they listen to what they are told. She disobeyed a direct order. I can't have kids running around here thinking they can do whatever they want."

"If it makes you so mad, why weren't you watching her? It's chaos around here, Adam is going insane, Zach sure as hell isn't watching her, and she needed to relax. I wouldn't want to sit and do nothing while people are going insane left and right." she replied, her southern twang slightly revealing as she talked. Rose crossed her arms.
