Levi slid the stable door shut, Captain snorted nervously, stamping his foot in protest. Levi rubbed the horse's nose, Reaper standing beside her. Levi turned to walk up the stairs, and stopped. She looked at the barn around her, the sun hit the window, sending a rainbow onto the wall, a bird had built its nest in the rafters. She smiled, despite all this chaos there were still the little moments like this, that she loved. She climbed up the stairs, Reaper walking along beside her. Levi turned the door knob, and her smile grew as she saw Dakota and Griffin playing with Winnie and Cedar.
