The silence caused Harold to feel weak and he squeezed his eyes shut. For a moment, he stood in silence as well before a knock at the door broke it. His emerald eyes opened back up and he looked toward the door. He figured it was probably Niel or Lewis or maybe even both. "Come in," he said softly.
Slowly, the door opened and Lewis poked his head around it. Instantly, he noticed how upset both Harry and Ashly were and a frown crossed his own lips. "I'm sorry I've been so problematic for both of you. I don't want to be a strain on your relationship. I really don't. You two are so happy together and you deserve that," he managed to squeak out. "I just really need my best friend to be there for me from time to time, especially to keep me in check."
Harry looked toward Lewis for a moment, noticing how shaken he seemed to be. He could tell how puffy his eyes were meaning that he had been crying. It had been awhile since he had seen Lou in such a state. "And I can be there for both of you. So both of you please stop crying."
Niel peered around the door for a moment before reaching for Lou's back pocket for his phone. Once he successfully managed to snatch it, he disappeared back behind the door and sat down outside the room. He unlocked his friend's phone and went into his text messages. His eyes studied each of his messages for a moment, trying to figure out which one was with Jazzy. "Of course he wouldn't have her saved in his phone as Jazzy. He has to make things complicated," he mumbled to himself. After looking over the names once again, he finally figured out which one was Jazzy and he opened the messages between them. Hey, this is Niel. I stole Lou's phone because he's really not doing too hot today. Him and Harry are getting at each other again and I was thinking that you might be able to cheer him up a bit the Irishmen sent Jazzy before setting the phone down on his thigh.
