[ rosel is having a bonfire and everybody is invited. if you are wondering, june is a character from the previous version. ]

rosel's parents had recently built a new beach house for them to stay in for a little each summer. now it was the last day of summer and it was finally finished. furnished and everything. feeling a bit inspired by june's bonfire last year, the blonde decided to have her own. everybody in the school was invited so they could have friends the first day of school. her parents allowed her to have it to herself tonight and they were fine with the bonfire idea.

the fire had already started and there were speakers inside and outside that were blasting music. seats and cushions were also placed around the fire so no one would have to sit uncomfortably. there was lots of food inside along with caterers. it wouldn't be long before people started coming, so rosel waited by the fire.

JJ had shown up two hours before the listed time, a willing volunteer to help his girlfriend prepare for the event. Decked out in a casual outfit which consisted of a grey pressed collared tee coupled with a set of black jeans, the brunette looked relatively attractive. He had taken of his navy hoodie the hour before, passing it to Rosel when she was cold. Now relaxing on one of the seats by the fire, the senior was waiting for their guests to arrive. There was a bemused smile highlighting his face, as if the male was deep in thought.

Mackhem changed into a better suited outfit for the bonfire, but he was still debating whether or not to go. He didn't really want to go, or be social for that matter. But he might as well, he's got nothing to lose. He got in his car, putting the keys into the ignition and pulling out of his garage. Around a half hour later, he pulled up to the supposed address of the bonfire party. He got out of his car, locking and stuffing the keys in his jacket pocket as he walked towards the two people who were already there.
