rosel sealed the kiss and broke it a few seconds later. " this works for me. " she said with a grin, connecting her lips to his again. yet, they were interrupted by a knock at the door.

lillian knocked on jj's door. she was excited to see her childhood friend and crush.

the kiss was just beginning to get intimate when a knock sounded. breaking away, jj reached out and gently tucked a strand of rosel's bright hair behind her ear. "i'll be right back, love." he promised earnestly, before giving her a wink. "and then we can finish what we started." chuckling to himself, jj retreated a few steps, before pivoting on his feet and walking towards the front door. not even bothering to check who was behind it, the male opened the door.

he saw lillian standing there - a brunette about his age. as it had been so long and she looked so different he had yet to recognize. confusion clouded jj's features as he ventured out. "hello, can i help you?" he asked.

rosel gave a smirk as she listened closely to, ' finish what we started. ' turned around with a wide smile on her face, she finished up the pancakes and the bacon was done, and it seemed like jj was finished with his eggs. she set the table and layed out the food on it. she was looked through his fridge and grabbed a few varieties of fruit and put them into a bowl and poured them each a glass of water, ignoring everything that was going on at the door.

lillian squealed, " jj! it's me, lillian! " she got close to him and cupped his cheeks with her hands and examined him closely. " wow, haven't you gotten handsome. it's been so long! "

jj's brown eyes widened in the slight. come to think of it, she did look vaguely familiar. "lillian, hey!" he cried out, before stepping back. "come on in. we were just cooking breakfast. you can join us if you like?" he brushed off the fact that she had been holding his face in her hands - she was just surprised to see how much he had grown up, right? he was certainly surprised,

lillian still had a crush on jj from middle school, so her response to him mentioning he had a girlfriend, the only thing she could say was, " oh. " not for long. the brunette thought to herself. she reached out to shake rosel's hand with a huge smile on her face, trying to make jj think she was so nice and amazing and perfect.

rosel smiled to the girl, shaking her hand. " it's nice to meet you, lillian. " the smile the brunette gave her seemed fake to the blonde, but she was thinking that she was really just a nice girl, no harm would be done.
