History
Park was born into a poor and abusive family. He suffered with them until the night before he turned 17. He ran away from home and joined the Marines, as he had no where else to go and needed to express all his childhood anger.. When the world found out Earth was dying, he was one of the first to be sent away. He knows how to handle guns and is very protective of people he loves. It's hard to earn his trust and easy to break it.

In his year of Marine service, he was hearing impaired in his right ear by an explosion. He has a hearing aid, but doesn't usually talk about it.

Kado squeezed Destiny's hand as he spoke, "And I always will be." He gently kissed her cheek and then stood up, still holding her hand. "I'm a little hungry, want to go get something to eat?" He asked sweetly.

Park got up from the bed in his cubic. "Hmm.." He said to himself, thinking. His stomach rumbled a little bit. He opened the door to his cubic and walked out, down the stairs to the Mess Hall. He saw a bunch of other people there and sighed quietly. He got a sandwich, an apple and a soda off the buffet table and sat down at a table next to all the other people. He sat in silence as he ate his food. He wasn't sure was time it was, but his watch he'd snuck up here said 3:34P.M. So it was lunch.

Destiny's eyes widened at the thought of having to talk to other people. She shook her head and let go of Kado's hand. She tightened her grip on the stuffed elephant and looked up at him with her blue eyes, "No, you can go though." She spoke softly and quickly looked down at the ground again.

Kado was confused. "Alright.." He said, his voice trailing off. He gave a comforting smile before he walked out of the cubic and down the stairs to the mess hall. He took two sandwiches, an apple, a banana and two waters. He carried the stuff he'd got up the stairs and to his cubic. He handed a sandwich and a bottle of water to Destiny. "Which fruit do you want?" He asked, holding up the apple and the banana.

Destiny watched as Kado left. She thought to herself about how he'd probably be gone for a while, talking to the other teens on the craft. She was surprised when he quickly returned with food for the both of them. She smiled gratefully as she took the sandwich from him. She then spoke softly, "The apple. Thank you." She felt lucky to have someone like him looking out for her.

"Okay," Kado said, handing Destiny the apple. He sat down next to Destiny and took a bit out of his sandwich. "There wasn't many people at the Mess hall," He said after chewing. "I wonder how many people are on the ship, or if there's any other pairs or children."

Destiny ate her food, staying quiet. She listened to Kado as he spoke. After swallowing a mouthful of sandwich she spoke in a thoughtful tone, "I doubt there are many pairs or children. I mean we're all teenagers." She thought about it a bit more as she ate another bite of her sandwich. She added after swallowing, "We're different. Not many people find their soulmate so early." She smiled shyly at him as she blushed from her comment.

Kado took another bite out of his sandwich. "I guess so." He smiled at Destiny. "But there's no saying how long we'll be here for.." Kado bit his lip at the grim thought. "It'd be nice to have kids running around, though.. Little rays of sunshine through the storm clouds." Kado said, smiling and trying to brighten the subject.
