Danny watched her for a few moments, his laughter died out as he noticed she was genuinely annoyed at him, "Geez, your fault for picking a dare," He muttered as he furrowed his brows at her. Maxx's comment kind of took him aback, but he knew she didn't mean it. Danny dared not say it but he wondered if he was on her period due to all her mood swings - one minute acting all sweet and cute and the next telling him how he is 'the worst friend ever'. "I'm gonna take a shower," He mumbled as he walked past her into the main bathroom. He undressed and got in, standing under the cold water as he let his thoughts consume him.

MaxX rolled her eyes "It works in movies..it can work here.." She muttered. She looked at Danny "Are you serious? We're just making a 'run for it'?" She sighed and pulled her hair into a bun as if it would help the color magically disappear.

Danny glared at her, he wondered if it was better if he just turned himself in? Danny shook the thought from his head, crawling further to the edge of the rock. "Ready?" Danny said, nodding to Maxx as he got to his feet, crouching down behind the rock so he wasn't in view. "3..2..1.. Go!" He signaled as he ran from behind the cover of the rock to the officer standing by the edge of the cliff. He pushed the officer off the cliff edge into the water. The officer yelled from shock which got the attention of the other two officers who started running to their car. "Maxx! LET'S GO!" He yelled, sprinting towards her and the bike.

Maxx rolled her eyes "Say my.name louder why don't you?' She muttered as she sprinted to he r motorcycle. She managed to grab her shirt and get it on somehow. Once Danny was on a he revved the engine and sped of, quickly going the back way she knew by heart.

Danny quickly got on the bike which took off with a bunch of wheel spin which created a cloud of dust behind the police car, which sirens turned out. Danny gripped onto Max, clinging onto her shirt with one hand as his spare shaded his eyes from the setting sun as he tried to get a better view of how far the cop car was.

Maxx groaned "Where am I going? " She asked over the engine and sirens as she continued to go as fast.as she could on her bike with her eyes narrowed as if it would help her see better. She groaned lightly as she continued.

"Turn off onto the freeway, the bike can fit in between the car traffic and the cop car can't," Danny explained as he resettled back down on the seat. The dirt road was coming to an end.

Maxx just sighed and followed his instructions, ignoring all of the angry car honks. "Now where?!"she asked as she continued speeding through the car's. "You better explain this later!" She added with a shake of her head.
