Cassandra smiled at him once more being that he understood her. "Finally someone gets it.," she told him as her eyes reached the clock. "What's your first block?," she asked him . She knew her was going to be twelfth grade English . She was extremely excited for first block only because it was English.

Malik leaves his class and instead of heading to the cafeteria, he instead heads out to his car. He hops in and drives down the street to a small barbecue stand. He gets a chopped brisket sandwich, some veggies, and a bottle of water. He pays for the food and once it's ready, he takes it, thanks the guy who runs the stand, and drives back to school. He parks back in his spot, then heads back inside and joins the other athletes. Once he sits down, he pulls his phone out and checks his Twitter mentions in response to his latest tweet:

"@ThePriceOfMalikIs_: So, this was on my mind. Should I play (football emoji) this year or nahh?"

Once Malik read through several mentions, he was convinced to go out and try to get on the football team. He ate his lunch quickly and then threw his trash away before walking out of the cafeteria. He planned to take over in both sports this year, his senior year, and hopefully the coach will have a spot on the team for him.

Elena was in the library reading one of her favorite books with her glasses on. She kept reading having her music on wearing her earbuds listening to some good Panic at the disco. Once she was fished she headed out of the Library softly sighing she loved the library but it was pretty boring.

As Malik walks out of the cafeteria, he makes his way to the coaches department. He walked past Elena and the library on his way to where he was heading. He had played on the football team the year before, along with playing basketball and baseball. This year, he hung up his cleats in baseball, since he was starting to wear down from football and basketball before then, plus everyone else on the team was progressing ahead of him. He gave enough consideration to do the same in football, but all week, he started missing the sport, which led to him going to the coach to try and earn his spot back on the team. As his mind was made up, he got to the coaches department and walked into the head football coach's office, who was sitting down at his desk, eating his own lunch. They shook hands, talked for about 10-15 minutes, and afterwards, the coach decided to give him a tryout the following week, since they have a game that night. Malik was handed a game day polo shirt and he changed into it before shaking hands with the coach and walked out with a smile on his face. He then walked back to the cafeteria with a few minutes to spare and rejoined the other athletes.
