The year is 2049 and America and Russia couldn't seem to keep their cool around each other. They "accidentally" started up WWIII and it doesn't look like either side is giving up soon. This Indy that big if a deal but it means there's nukes flying in overhead as each town sleeps. This has been going o fir ten years so everyone's mostly just used to it. However, there are these special groups in America geared towards finding out which town is next. They're the big guys in charge of watching the skies and other countries. They've split themselves up into four groups; Central Command, Juno, Eagle-Eye, and Mother.
Central Command is stationed in Alaska. Their job is to take the information they receive from Eagle-Eye and interpret it. Then they send the set of coordinates for where the nuke will land to Washington DC. The member stationed there will then send out a warning to the town on the coordinates. Additionally they are to scout for and recruit more people to be part of the whole operation.
Juno is stationed in Canada. Their mission is fairly simple, just keep an eye on the Canadians and report back if they show any signs of joining a fight. This group is medium risk since try still have to successfully join the Canadian government.
Eagle-Eye is stationed in America. They have the easiest job out of all of them. All they have to do is pair up with someone in either Juno or Mother and report things to them, provide instruction, and report what they hear to their superiors. They're the ones mostly in charge of warning the towns of an oncoming nuke attack.
Mother is stationed in Russia. They probably have the hardest job out of all three groups, seeing as how they're the ones who have infiltrated the Russian government and "work" for them. They're to attend meetings and find out about upcoming nuke placement sites and report back to Eagle-Eye.
