"Well...I'm me, I'll say that much." Kay is, at first, a bit awkward and shy. She isn't much of a "people person," as some put it, and usually likes to hang out alone when her friends aren't around. When you get her to come out of her shell, however, you find that she can be sweet, kind, sometimes energetic, and perhaps a bit quirky. She's very social with friends and family, and loves to talk to them...it's almost like she's an entirely different person - in that regard - when she's close to you. She's very random and clumsy, namely when she is super excited or nervous and doesn't know what to say and/or do. She can be very fun and carefree, but also has moments when she's very serious and/or moody. She's a bit hard on herself when she messes something up, and doesn't usually forgive herself quickly. With others, however, she is typically very forgiving. She has her moments when she can be clever and witty, but feels she has little to no sense of humor. She's as loyal as a puppy, caring, and kind-hearted. She can be very sarcastic and/or short-tempered when she wants to be, or when she's just really stressed, though she tries her best to veer away from these characteristics. Unless the sarcasm is used for comedic purposes, of course, but that's totally - in a way - different. She does tend to bottle up her emotions, and hates talking about her feelings, but isn't a good liar typically. So people can see right through her if she's really upset. She's a hopeless romantic, but is slightly embarrassed to admit this. She can honestly be rather submissive, gullible, and tends to be a pushover sometimes. But that doesn't mean she's always going to believe every word thrown at her, or that she'll let people convince her to do everything they tell her to. She has common sense, and if she's not comfortable with it, she'll be the exact opposite - stubborn, cautious, and perhaps even just a little bit rebellious. She's very intelligent and fast-thinking, and usually always has an idea. She can, however, have her "ditzy" moments, so to speak, where she'll get confused or will just be totally lost/oblivious to something.

"Ahem...nothing that great, but, well..." Kay was born in Anaheim, California, and lived there until she was about fourteen years of age. Her mother's bakery was being moved to New York City. She obviously had to go along with her parents, despite the fact that she hated the idea of moving away from all of her friends, family, and basically everything she's ever known. Adjusting to life in the Big Apple was interesting for her - despite the fact that she hated it, at first, she actually started to love it when she finally accepted the fact that there was no changing her parents' minds. She worked at her mother's bakery - which is now a very famous place to go in the area it's located in - during the summer - and continues to do so every year. When school starts up, however, she doesn't work there quite as often. Instead, she's focusing more on her studies, obviously. During middle school and her freshman year of high school, she was bullied quite a bit, which made her a bit self-conscious. She got to where she wasn't quite as open to people - in fact, usually she avoided everyone except for her few friends and her parents when she could. Eventually, however, people stopped paying attention to her quite so much - namely, after a couple students went elsewhere for their studies - but she definitely avoids being the center of attention. Besides the fact that she just doesn't like it, she doesn't want to risk being the target, once again. She started making covers of songs when she was about 16, however, and didn't plan on posting them. Her friends finally convinced her to post them on YouTube, though. At first, her videos didn't gather much attention, and it was rare that she even posted anything. But one thing lead to another, and somehow her channel has gained a lot of popularity recently. She now does music covers, art/fashion/makeup/cooking tutorials, vlogs, and video games, but keeps herself rather anonymous. Other than that, her life has been pretty much normal, and there really isn't much to tell.

He is very, very quiet, and rarely seems to speak - basically, he's mostly just silent. He's honestly not much of a talker, in all honesty. He's more of a thinker, and prefers it that way. He is the type of guy that is usually alone in the corner of a room on his phone, rather than out and about mingling with others. He is very observant and tends to pay very close, keen attention to every little detail he can, in order to solve whatever problems/mysteries he needs to at the given time. He's also a good listener, and doesn't forget little details people tells him, usually. He is very determined and strong-willed, which are great personality traits to have - however, along with this, comes a very stubborn, bullheaded side to him. When he's determined to do something, he's going to do it, and talking him out of it is rather difficult...though not impossible, even though sometimes it seems like it's impossible. He's very inquisitive, and likes to ask a lot of questions sometimes - about anything, really - and some can even possibly get annoyed by this. But he always has a reason or a motive for the questions he asks, so it's not like he's just doing this solely to be annoying. He can have a bit of a temper and a sharp tongue - as in, he can be very sarcastic, especially when he's in a mood, but he tries not to be so moody, or at least tries to hide it, to avoid any unnecessary conflict.

"Well, if you really want to know..." Calum was born in Auckland, New Zealand, and lived there until he was about three. His family then moved to Sydney, Australia, and lived there until he was about fifteen years of age. During his life in Australia, everything seemed to be going well - he was alive and doing great, and his family honestly was, too. He was getting good grades, had a lot of friends, and so on. But, then, his dad got a promotion, and his family basically had to move to the United States in order for him to get this position. Cal couldn't say he blamed his dad, due to the clear difference in the paychecks he received. Still, he was not fond of the idea of moving. He didn't like having to start over, honestly. It was a whole new country, and he had no family - aside from his parents and sister - or friends that were around. Still, he kept in touch with his family and old friends, and still does to this day, which has helped him to some extent. He still misses being with them in person a lot, despite this. He was still pretty social with his peers, and never had trouble making friends, but he was just a bit more quiet and closed off to people than he was back home. He got in to music at a very young age and began learning how to sing and play guitar - bass being his favorite as far as playing goes, though he couldn't really tell you why. It's just the most fun to him - but, then again, playing pretty much any instrument is fun to the boy. Anyway, later on, he even began teaching himself how to write songs. Basically, life hasn't been all that tough for him, aside from that one move to the U.S., but even that wasn't anything too traumatizing to the guy.
