As school was ending Thomas would read that brochure every day after school. He wanted to get better at lacrosse and work on it. Always wanted to succeed higher. Now that Thomas was at the camp he was super hyped. Tom then heard a girls voice begin him. Thomas didn't know if she was talking to him. It took him a moment to figure it out,Tom wasn't good at social cues as simple as that one. Thomas turned around to see the girl was actually talking to him. "I think we were supposed to go to our cabins and then just walk around waiting for the people to actually tell us to do something. " Thomas shrugged. He noticed that she didn't seem to happy about this camp. Thomas's smile got smaller knowing that the girl might think he is being a little to over excited.

Brianna didn't look at the other girls in her cabin and didn't speak a word to them, she wanted to be alone with her camera outside taking pictures nobody had taken before her. She was in the forest now, certain nobody was around, but apparently the world wanted her to socialize one way or another because it wasn't long before she collided into something. Soon that something turned into someone. Bree could hear him talk and apologize for bumping into her but what she was really worried about was her camera. She checked every aspect of it, realizing it was fine, before looking up at the boy who now had a name- Liam. "Uh, no, I..." she mumbled and cursed her awkwardness. "It's okay, really." He still had his hand sticked out and Bree felt her cheeks heaten up. "Uh, sorry, uh, I'm Bree..." she shook his hand feeling ridiculous.

Ben's smile widened as Teddy mentioned food. "I agree, I'm feeling quite hungry myself." When surrounded by people who were all speaking the same language, Ben found it much easier to stick to just one. "You can call me Ben, there's not much else Benjamin can be shortened to, and I'm used to it. I suppose you could call me Benji, if you wanted." Ben wrinkled his nose in distaste. Some of the girls at his old school had started calling him Benji in order to make him 'cuter' or something. He didn't think it suited him, but as long as it wasn't meant to annoy him, he was fine with it. Then, he brightened. "Well, if they don't feed us soon, we could always catch some squirrels or something." He gestured around at the multitude of the small furry creatures that dashed around the camp, avoiding the people and yet somehow nearly being underfoot. One of them, as if it understood Ben's words, froze in its tracks, then flicked its tail and disappeared beneath a bush.

Roan smiled thinly, adjusting her grip on the violin case to both hands held in front of her. She swung it slightly, gently knocking it against her own knees. Roan narrowed her grey eyes as he avoided hers. Jordan didn't seem to want to talk. She figured he was probably nervous or something. This stupid camp was far away from any comforts. Roan wasn't exactly used to travelling, but she wasn't exactly accepted at her father's house, so this was a bit better than there, she supposed. "I'm Roananez, but just call me Roan." It was an old Irish name that had an extra suffix added on to make it sound fancier, something that her father had come up with. Roan's stepsisters had similarly difficult to pronounce names. "I think they're going to have some sort of opening ceremony soon, over there." She gestured to the center of camp, where a bunch of picnic tables were set up in a circle. "So, I'm headed over." She didn't offer to have him come along, but she didn't dismiss him either. She brushed past Jordan, figuring if he wanted to come, he could.

Larissa gathered her bags on her shoulder and placed them on her bunk in her new cabin. Home sweet home for the summer. She delicately placed her camera bag near her pillow, and began unpacking her other bags. She was done fairly quickly, as she wasn't a fashion type of girl. She wiped her hands on her jeans, and picked up her camera from its bag, and slung it around her neck. She never went anywhere without it. She checked the memory card, and then stepped out of the cabin. She looked around, but didn't see anyone. She shook her head and decided to go on a walk, maybe find a good spot for some pictures. Maybe run into a few people. This place already seemed so...distant from the rest of the world. She sighed and took off from the cabin.
