Alice shivered for a moment looking at her parents. "You have an hour or two before the wedding, feel free to do what you want to do for now." Her father said to Alice. Alice nodded not really wanting to talk at the moment. "We just wanted to see if the dress fit on you." Her mother added. She nodded once more then went back up the stairs to her room where she changed out of her wedding dress and into normal clothes. She grabbed the pin out of her hair and sighed.

She flopped onto her bed and sighed. Oh why, me oh just why me.. She thought in her head a tear now falling from her face. She wiped it away then decided to go outside to walk around and calm down for a tiny bit. What if they don't come to the wedding, what if they call it off last minute, or what if the person won't like me.. She thought in her head all of her thoughts now being jumbled together as she worried. I'll be very embarrassed if i'm the only one there.. She thought in her head as she walked down the sidewalk slowly.

"Thanks." She says and starts walking towards the tables. She's surprised when he pulls out a chair for her. "That's very gentlemanly of you." She slightly laughs. Not many people do that anymore, she thought and turned her attention to the waitress when she asked what they would like to drink. "Uh, I'll have some iced tea please." She said with a nod. "Anyways...What's your favorite color?" She asks with a grin, she didn't exactly know what else to ask. "Because you never truly know someone without knowing there favorite colour." She says waiting for his answer.

Joey || Arranged to Elizabeth

He smiles when she calls him a gentleman. He felt kind of silly. "My favorite color? Probably blue, how about yours?" He waits for her answer while fiddling with his silverware and gazing over the menu. THe bourbon street steak looked delicious, but so did the steak topped with spices and cheddar cheese..

She smiles. "Good because I don't want to eat food that tastes horrible." She said, and listens with a nod when he told the waiter there orders. She also listens when he tells her about him. "Ohh, Huskies and Corgi's are cute." She said with a smile. "And you work at an animal shelter, that's so cool! Animals are awesome!" She said happily. "I want to have a pet someday, since there great like maybe a dog, but a cat would be nice to, or maybe a horse!" She rambled. "Anyways, I don't work at anyplace that interesting I just work at a restaurant."

"Oh yeah, I love purple too!" Joey exclaim with a smile. When she asks what he's ordering he pauses for a moment. "I think I'm going to get the bourbon street steak with a side of cheese fries," Joey answers with a smile. He was starving and he his mouth watered at the thought of biting into the steak. At least they're parents had picked a great place to eat.

She smiled. "It's a pretty color." She says with a smile. She listens to what he's ordering and nods. "I think I'm just going to get the same thing since I can't seem to decide what I want!" She said with a laugh. "So tell me about yourself Joey You know since....were soon to be married." She said the last part quietly. "And also let's get a waiter so we can eat! Because I am starving..."

gabrielle was drifting off to space, thinking about all the things that could happen. "Eek! He's here!" gabrielle's mother squealed as she ran to the door to open it. she flinched at her mothers screech and came back to earth, gabrielle quickly adjusted her skirt and patted down her hair, then she folded her hands and legs and sat up straight. she breathed in and then out a couple times and put on a fake smile.

Dakota lifting his fist to knock once more only for the door to fly open. His eyes widen at the excited looking woman who opened the door. He slowly lowered his hand and relaxed te fist it had been in. He tilts his head to try and see who the lady is behind but fails. "He-Hello? Mam? I'm Dakota Kingsly, I believe I've been arranged to your daughter," His tone says that it's a question, not a statement.

"Oh yes, come on in!" gabrielle's mother beamed. her mother gestures Dakota to come in, "This is Gabrielle," she points at her daughter sitting on the couch in a 'yeah trust me, I'm totally not nervous' position, "Your wife to be" she grinned. gabrielle peeked at her father and it looked like he was tearing up. "God, help me," gabrielle thought, she knew when her father cried he would eventually make a scene, he would burst into tears and when he does he can't stop, "Not now" she prayed. gabrielle stood up, "Hi," she waved, "I'm Gabrielle Aurosa" she introduced herself with a slight awkward handshake and a smile. her voice soft as usual.

Dakota smiles at the pretty girl and grins down at her,"Hello. I-I got you some flowers." He can feel the slightest blush warming his face as he holds them out to her. The white, yellow, and pale green arrangement looks suddenly understated, wrapped in a light pink lace ribbon bow. The clerk had placed them in a protective plastic wrap that matched the flowers. The nice lady has made sure to put two packets of plant food inside the rubber band holding the stems together tightly.

gabrielle looks down at the flowers as she takes them from his hand. "Aw, how sweet! Thank you" she smiled, suddenly her father yells, "GAH! This is too much!" and walks away, wiping his tears and her mother comforting him. gabrielle glances back at her father and then back at Dakota, embarassed, she giggles awkwardly. "Uh," she covers her laugh with her sleeve, "Where too now?"
