Anna wasn't after the money. Never once did she ask Dalton for money. She didn't even ask to stay here. He offered. She couldn't leave till one of them used the key to let her on the elevator. But it hurt her to hear that. "If you don't mind I'll walk home. I don't need your help. Can one of you just slid the card so I can leave? Cause if you want me to leave. O will. I'd rather be getting beat up at the orphanage than be accused of things untrue' she said not able to hold back the hurt in her voice
